Kit was so kind and showed great customer service. Recovering from being sick . All I needed was hot water and she made sure to get that to me. Even though I wasn’t purchasing anything. Kit 5 stars continue the great work ! I hope it’s acknowledged by your superiors!

I understand supply issues for certain items. However, "sorry, we're out of whipped cream" on a Sunday morning at 9:30am is simply bad management. You're in a Safeway store!!! Get some! Or at least put up a note so folks don't wait in line to then be told you're out of staple items.... Not the first time this happened here so I will skip this location from now on.

Research shows that women during the college years may have negative attitudes about particular types of other women. It’s even true after college. I wonder why. I bought Starbucks tumbler for someone but didn’t get the chance to visit them. It’s untouched. I went to the same store for return. This guy Connor was about to do a return but this gender or racial-based lady refused for no solid reason. She asked for the receipt which I never received it. If receipt is so important, why can’t the staff adds the receipt in the bag without asking whether the customer need it or not. But I guess ‘women can be women.’ Every day I keep on reminding myself that I will change this image of a woman!

Rude customer service at this location, they don't greet you, they give you attitude, once you get your drink , it's like they don't want to see you there ever again....very bad

inside this Safeway is a starbuck. not much of a line small menu of eats/imbibes. brew: pike's peak, xmas blend, 1.95 -smoother than their medium roast, not herby.../ -very similar in taste to medium roast. drips: -bogo program soon to happen 2-5. not a fan of sweet lattes, frappes, will pass.
