At this location they usually always take way longer. Even when it’s visibly not busy. My order is almost always made wrong and especially when it comes to the extra add-ons that are extra $$ they just don’t do it. They do a poorly executed job.
I recently had a bad/weird experience here. But I’m rating this store 5 stars because the staff was and is amazing. But the blonde barista was making an order that I saw was mine, and she complained to another customer about how complicated my order was and showed that customer my cup and said “see, orders like this” then thanked that customer for ordering just a regular coffee. A great place to grab your vices. Happy staff with real teamwork going on. Very clean store , well laid out. Flow of the store felt good. Full of happy smiles and a brisk call-in pick-up place.
