Don't come to this location if you're short on time: I usually order things that are quick like drip coffee and/or an oatmeal. When I used to order in the store, I found that my order was consistently forgotten about. I found out it was because my order doesn't generate a sticker like other more complex orders and since the Starbucks crew is very sticker oriented, if there's no sticker, there's a high chance it needs extra reminders to get done. At this location they usually always take way longer. Even when it’s visibly not busy. My order is almost always made wrong and especially when it comes to the extra add-ons that are extra $$ they just don’t do it. They do a poorly executed job.
I recently had a bad/weird experience here. But I’m rating this store 5 stars because the staff was and is amazing. But the blonde barista was making an order that I saw was mine, and she complained to another customer about how complicated my order was and showed that customer my cup and said “see, orders like this” then thanked that customer for ordering just a regular coffee.
