How is it possible that this location is opening so late 0600, in Livermore! What happened to 4:30 like everyone else! Note, came back 2 weeks later supervisor sleeping in her car claiming employees didn’t show up 0600, I guess owner loves to lose business, no back up plan, where’s the manager sleeping also?

It’s rare to feel compelled to leave compliment for a 2 minute Starbucks experience, and Livia was that great. Immediate welcome when I walked in, recommendation for my order and quick delivery. What stood out the most was the kind, genuine and positive energy. Thank you.

When ordering a drink you are paying for ICE. 90% of the cup is Ice with 10% actual beverage. They will not add more but charge you for another drink. If ordering request little or no ice otherwise you are paying $7 for a cup of ice,
