So apparently Starbucks has reversed their policy to now you HAVE to make a purchase to be able to use the bathroom or even get WATER... This is beyond crazy hateful and spiteful to homeless and ppl on the go... They'll literally never get a dime from me

I stopped by this Starbucks while passing through Livermore and needed to use the restroom. When I approached the cashier, I was informed that I’d need to make a purchase to use the restroom, as this was a new policy starting March 1st. I’ve visited nearly 15 Starbucks locations since March 1st, and this was the first time I’ve been told such a thing. I ended up buying a $4 drink to use the restroom, but honestly, this feels a bit unnecessary.

Never had a problem here before until today. I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru like I like to do. I like to order on the app so I don't waste people's time in line trying to decide what I am getting. Anyway, I went straight to the drive thru line. I was the only car there the entire time. I pulled up and was told that next time I should give them more time before coming to the drive thru and the worker who told me that acted annoyed. I never had that told to me before. There was nobody there! What difference does it make? If I ordered there in line, wouldn't it be the same thing? It just came across as rude and not very welcoming.

Two bathrooms one is isolated for employees only the other is being used i guess for 20min now. Code system is wierd and seems faulty. Staff don't give a rip!

They don't even know their menu, they tried telling me a certain Frappuccino I always get doesn't exist, 1 then got my drink and they didn't put whip cream on it so l asked if I could get whip cream and the lady working was super rude about it, and on top the that the drink tasted bad. Super bad service

This Starbucks is exceptionally slow. Even with a mobile order, it is rarely ready on time. I believe they are consistently understaffed for the amount of business they get via the drive through.
