This is not the first time Ive been to this location where the staff wasn't rude. They have gotten my drinks wrong multiple times. On Nov 3rd It was about 9:40 and it was a rush and they were rude.They are rude especially the older last with the curly hair that was at the register. She was rude to the guy infront of my and turned around to her co-worker to express it out loud. I walked out in anger .She has an attitude like you are an inconvenience to her. She has criticized my drinks before and rushes you her behavior is gross.

So apparently Starbucks has reversed their policy to now you HAVE to make a purchase to be able to use the bathroom or even get WATER... This is beyond crazy hateful and spiteful to homeless and ppl on the go... They'll literally never get a dime from me

I stopped by this Starbucks while passing through Livermore and needed to use the restroom. When I approached the cashier, I was informed that I’d need to make a purchase to use the restroom, as this was a new policy starting March 1st. I’ve visited nearly 15 Starbucks locations since March 1st, and this was the first time I’ve been told such a thing. I ended up buying a $4 drink to use the restroom, but honestly, this feels a bit unnecessary.
