Theirs a girl with a red strip on her hair, she's very rude. I got there at 3:55am and I didn't know they opened at 4am so I tried to open the door at 3:55 and she just looked at me and nodded her head. At 4:01 I came in to get service and she did not say a word. At 4:05 she went to the register where I was at and she just stood there and so I looked at her and said READY ? she didn't respond anything, so I said what I wanted and paid. She still didn't say a word.

I have now ordered a Caramel Mach. 3 times from this location, so disappointing! All 3 looked the same. I order with extra caramel to cover the burnt coffee taste but there is never extra caramel. This is not worth $7. It’s time to head to our small local coffee shop.

I went in around 515 on a Wednesday afternoon completely empty, and the two barista were sitting behind the counter on the phone took 15 min just to get my drink half of the drinks were sold out she said ?? Man what a disappointment

06/22 06:15pm. I went to through the drive thru, the person who took our order seemed irritated. When we got to the window, it seem like they were rushing the order and gave us a very bad service. The coffee were so bad and tasted like water with some coffee.

My drink was a hot chocolate and it did not taste like they added the proper amount of mocha inside the drink, there was also no whip cream on mocha drizzle on top. My biggest concern was that the girl handing me the drink had painted Christmas nails. I work in food service and as a food handler it’s a food safety concern.
Genuinely nice coffee! Just passing through and had the best mocha and chai latte we've had in a long time.

I just went to starbucks here and it was the most disgusting repulsive drink I have ever had in my life. I would never go back here ever again. I asked them to refund me. They refunded me for one.. I have never had anything so terrible in my life. I had already had this drink before. I thought it was probably one of the best drinks I had ever had the last time. Do they not know what they're doing there. This was so disgusting, my husband and I hated it. If you want a good starbucks drink don't go here.
