Unfortunately this morning I had a horrible experience here because an employee woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was leaving my hotel in the same parking lot as this Starbucks. I ordered my drink, drove over and noticed no cars in the drive thru. So I went up to speaker, heard one moment. I said okay but thought why no one is even in line. About a minute later, How can I help you. I said Good morning, I ordered my drink on my mobile app. I would like to pick it up at the window since no cars are in the drive thru. What’s your name, I gave it to her. Pull forward. I was then told to go around through the drive thru again. I said why no one is in line . She said I can’t have you wait here. I said why not, she said because it has a timer. I said then may I just have my money back because that’s ridiculous. She said what did you order, I said you don’t see it, she said name, I said could you be nice, she said name, I once again said could you be nice. And we went through that one more time and then I gave her my name. You really need to put this employee on the evening shift or in the back stocking the coffee bags. She is a miserable human and I would be embarrassed to have her representing my establishment.

I understand the foot traffic this place gets but this is the worst starbucks. The employees are rude and constantly messing up orders. Making you “pay” for their mess ups. Ive worked in the outlets going on 10yrs and it seems to just decline every year! They are not apologetic for their mistakes what so ever and give attitude every time. Something seriously needs to change with this staff!!

literally a terrible starbucks. service is horrible, they never have anything, and when we requested a refund since they rung us up for items they did not have we were not given our full refund and they still received a tip despite their poor service. i really hope this location improves and maybe gets more inventory in the future.

Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes, only to be told that your order isn’t ready because they don’t have enough of the advertised flavors shown on their website. Only one employee seemed busy, while the others appeared indifferent to how many customers were waiting.

Came in on a hot day. Ordered drinks and food as my kids and i was tired from shopping. We lined up and ordered sandwiches and coffee, asked for water and they charged us $1. I guess thats ok i always thought they should start charging, only to find out they give the water for free. I didnt even argue, but what really got me mad is they said we cant sit there. They have the chairs up; i wanted to sit and relax and enjoy my sandwich but cant. They said the a/c is not enough so felt like they were saying we will take your money and please leave. Shame starbucks! Will never go here again, in fact probably stop going to starbucks!!!

I don’t know why I come here. Every single time they’re out of something. Every single customer that I saw while I was there was told they were out of whatever they were ordering. Tried to order a pink drink, didn’t have it, they didn’t have hot sauce for my spinach feta wrap, which I ordered two. Had to return one because it had a nickel size piece of garbage stuck to it, the other wrap I had to throw away because the last 1/3 of it was ice cold. I went and asked for a refund, only for the one with the garbage on it, the cashier was super apologetic, but not a word from two of the managers who came to help her out with my refund.

The worst starbucks in the whole world. Every staffs here needs to be replaced. One of them pretend not to understand even the simplest menu items. I simply wanted a basic iced tea, but they couldn't even make that, forcing me to drink lukewarm tea in over 105-degree weather.
