We stopped in strings restaurant on the recommendation from a friend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious. While waiting for our pizza to cook, we looked over the menu and found many other items we can't wait to try on our next visit.

My husband and kids too!EVERY time we have been here in the last 4 years we have an amazing time, but the last couple months there no inside dining or outside.I would drop my star count for that but i cant. They have such delicious food and AMAZING staff.I just want to know whhhyyyy???I need to sit in my favorite livermore restaurant again! Our family LOVES Strings! The pork shank Oso Buco is my go to but the eggplant parmesan is also excellent. My husband loves the seafood. Kids love pizza, pasta and calzones. You really can't go wrong! It was our favourite place to dine in as the service was phenomenal but for the time being it'll have to be our favourite takeout. We've also used them for catering which was excellent also.

Always a pleasure to dine with Strings. They have never gotten our order wrong in the past but the one time they did they went above and beyond to make it right. They delivered our meal to our house so we didn't have to drive back to the restaurant. We couldn't be happier with their service and will always continue to recommend them.

I am so disappointed in the new charges on my card. I used an Uber voucher that was gifted to me from my employer. The voucher was for $55.05 I ordered it on Uber Eats so I could use the voucher and selected pickup instead of delivery. I picked up the order, everything went fine, done. A month later I receive a charge on my card for $111.10. I remember the waiter calling me back to ask if I ordered the same order twice. Of course not, why would I? So, I used the voucher for $55.00, and then the restaurant charged my card a month later for $111.10 which affected my account in a negative way. I am so disappointed and frustrated that their accounting department just charged my card without my approval. I will be speaking with the manager as soon as they open tomorrow. This is not right!

My partner and I got the pork osso buco and the seafood stew: blew out expectations out of the water! The osso buco was fall-off-the-bone tender, and seasoned with a rich meat/tomato gravy and mushrooms and vegetables, on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. The seafood stew was similarly flavorful. The meal comes with a choice of soup or salad, and garlic bread.

I've tried for many years and still try to this day to find a better one.So far, I still haven't been able to find a better one. You can get a FAMILY CHICKEN PARMESAN MEAL for 4 people, for under $45 and it will be the best you've ever had. It also comes with Soup/Salad, sliced bread rolls. Also they will give you shredded Parmesan cheese upon request.They also have AMAZING Linguine and Clams (w/Red Sauce) if you prefer seafood over chicken.You will LOVE both meals! You can thank me later. They both easily get 10/10 ratings!!! I GUARANTEE you will love them. Show some love to out local small businesses. They have been pretty slow compared to normal. Show them some love!!

I was truly truly impressed with the speed and service of the takeout here. The guy prepping takeout had so much hustle, and had my to-go order ready in less time than the online ordering projected, even when I ordered two separate orders because I had forgotten something. It's an incredibly well-run shop, with great front and back communication that allows them to work so fast. First, my tiramisu - it was excellent. It was already prepped and ready for a last minute add to my order. My ceaser salad was perfectly fine. But the minestrone soup wasn't minestrone. It was a cabbage, zucchini, broth veggie soup that reminded me of the cabbage soup diet recipe. Although I slurped it all up because the broth was that good. The reality is, their food tastes no different than prepacked Italian food you buy in the grocery store frozen section - which might explain how they had it ready so fast. My creamy tortellini with ham and mushrooms was yummy, and my meat sauce for my spaghetti was good and tasted like my favorite jarred sauce. But the meatballs were ultra-salty and tasted like preservatives, as was my husband's chicken for his chicken parmesan. We couldn't say enough good things as we picked it up super quickly, and their combo was a great deal - but once we ate everything, we decided we could make better Italian food ourselves at home. That said, if you are in a huge hurry or never cook yourself, then I do recommend - these guys run a tight ship with great prices.

I liked this place prior to the pandemic - and I like them better at this point as they are curbside pickup. Thank you so much for continuing to provide amazing food offerings while keeping everyone's risk to a minimum. I know it has likely been hard on your staff with all the various changes in regulations (which is why we make it a point to tip heartily!). Excellent Food, On Time, and at a Reasonable Price.
