If only there was option to give zero star. Worst quality of ingredients, the lettuce was looking like it’s been there for ages. The server/sandwich maker put spoiled avacado on the order of customer before me, that poor lady was busy in paying and didn’t even notice it.

The people that work there are have no understanding what customer service means. They made a mistake on my order and I understand that they have to charge me extra to pay the price difference and I was completely willing to. They charged me 10.99 for a BLT and I ordered a Ultimate BMT which is 12.49. I expressed I will keep everything that gave me so there was no waste and would like them to just add the meat for the BMT and the guy was trying to charge me 5 dollars plus tax. I'm Iike wait it's only a 1.50 difference and he said no you have to pay 5 dollars plus tax. I made sure there was transparency and express again slowly I said again I'm willing to pay the price difference since there was a mistake and he was being a complete jerk about it. This guy had no sense of what being a manager is. We just ordered 13 sandwiches from there for a Manager Distrisct meeting and he's crying over pennies.. lol.. so the next time we have a meeting I'll make sure we don't order from there.. this guy is losing a ton of business and getting bad PR for 1.50 because he doesn't know basic math. ?

Just like the rest of you guys, I agree with the service it's absolutely ridiculous, I wanted to get herb breed for my sandwich, but I was told they only have french bread, even tho I see the bread. I only had to get it because my kid was hungry. Wrost place I have eaten from Subway..

If there was zeto star I would give that. The indian girls shouldnt work there. Such a attitude super bad customer service. And the guy wirking there at the cash register is losing customers for the owner.i would not recommend going there. Ask for to put sauce on the sandwich fhey give excuse like they dont have but clearly advertising it.azy and full of attitude why be on customer service business when you dont know how.

i would give 0 stars if that was allowed! This location cheats and cuts corners. i ordered a footlong with a coupon code from the subway app. The order was accepted and went through. The manager said they won't honor the coupon. The order had gone through, so he had no choice but to conplete the order. Guess what?! They didn't put any chicken in my sub. i took pictures to dispute this charge and complain to subway. Avoid at any cost. i've also filed a complaint with the outlet mall management, so hopefully this particular franchise would be booted off.

Went yesterday at 10:30 am service was good. But what threw me off was when I paid. The card machine was filthy with gunk of dirt where even the buttons got stuck when pressing. Made me wonder if this machine is this dirty how clean is this place? Had the turkey sandwich, lettuce, tom could be fresher and bread for sure was not fresh as it was hard towards the edges. Like when you reheat old bread. I should have just waited for Chipotle to open.

Does not participate in the promos the website says this location does. Will cancel your order and provide a poor excuse about how it doesn't because it's in the outlet. Watch out for the incredibly rude and stingy owner from India.
