This guy was so rude! He’s the owner of manager and I asked for a kids egg and cheese and he didn’t tell me there’s NO EGG.
I asked for a churro and he said it gets hard in the machine and they don’t have it
I asked why would he advertise it then? He just stared at me so rudely.

I’ve never been so annoyed before! Subway, shut this place down

They offer ham egg sandwich with a sing that says beakfast and they refuse to sell that arguin that is only breakfast if you ask for a sandwich kids meal they refuse to sell telling you that they don’t have . Don’t go to this place is garbage . And the man tha is inside is rude and says that he is the manager . They believe that they can come to our country to do whatever they want with no respect . They want to get money very easy selling meals that represents more money . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE .

Today was my third and last trip to this place. First time was ok no big complaints other than the fact that the lady would use a spatula to put tuna in and just one scoop.. usually they have a scooper and there r 4 scoops of it.. but i made sure she corrected her self..and she did.. so complaints.

Second time there was a gentleman at the counter and I wanted to know if they do buy one get one 50% off as stated on their website, he said they don't. It was weird that they don't follow their own website coupons but I was in a rush so I took my tuna sandwich and I was out.

Today I went in again and the Subway webpage has a buy one get one free deal. The terms and conditions are as follows:
"Redeemable on Subway® App/online orders only. Free sub of equal/lesser price. Add-ons addt’l. Plus tax. 1 per order. No addt’l discounts. Excludes Footlong Sidekicks. Limited time. US only."
This tells the customer that every restaurant should be delivering this deal. I went in to get the deal, the same guy as last time said they won't give me the same deal. I asked why, he said we won't. I said if I order it online and pick it up here, you'd have to make it and he said if he sees it on his computer he will just cancel that order. I asked "why" again and again the answer was because we don't accept it.

If you want to make your own rules I dont think a franchise is a right option for you.

I have already filed a complaint on subway's website and will be filing the complaint at BBB as well.

Customer service was rude to customers today because a custumer served him self water, the employee wanted to over charge the water when in California fountain water is free at emu establishment. Employe even yelled at the customer the fu word in front of other customers.

Other than all of the negative reviews which seem like their based off of one employee, I my self have had 2 great experiences with a nice guy who makes the sandwiches very well and tastes amazing!

Employees ignored customers and were generally rude. Took 20 minutes to order and pay, but since they don't accept credit cards (cash only), we walked out empty handed.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh!The young male employee there was VERY nice, polite, respectful, courteous, considerate, and professional!And, what was my #1 most fave thing there was that they have outlets where you can charge your phone at!??YAY!???That Subway is DEFINITELY AND ABSOLUTELY gonna get my business again in the future sometime!DOUBLE YAY!!????

The lady and the staff are not serving food with a positive attitude and will surely ruin your shopping mood. They hardly put any vegetables. Upon asking for extra, I got 1 extra piece of cucumber! That too with a rude attitude. At the time, they didn't have southwest sauce either. Moreover, the payment screen has a tip option starting from 15%. This place is a joke and should not be part of this food court in this Shopping complex. The Chipotle Mexican restaurant right outside the food court is 100 times better and an amazing staff.

The lady making my sandwich definitely didn't give me the proper amount of chicken on my sandwich. I use to work at subway and I know what looks like to have the penny pinching owner make sandwiches.

Worker did not seem too pleased to be there and just wanted to get my order completed and me out the door.Also, the diet coke there is disgusting. What comes out when diet coke is selected is the barest essence of diet coke. I brought this to the attention of the workers multiple times across multiple visits. It still has not changed. Not returning to this Subway again.Store was clean.
