Customer service was rude to customers today because a custumer served him self water, the employee wanted to over charge the water when in California fountain water is free at emu establishment. Employe even yelled at the customer the fu word in front of other customers.

Other than all of the negative reviews which seem like their based off of one employee, I my self have had 2 great experiences with a nice guy who makes the sandwiches very well and tastes amazing!

I had a positive experience at this Subway located at 3022 W Jack London Blvd, Livermore, CA 94551 on 8/15/2023. Upon entering, I was greeted by a cleaning store. A nice young man promptly took my order for the Ultimate Italian BMT sandwich. This sandwich has salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest ham, all layered on Artisan Italian bread. It's garnished with double provolone cheese, lettuce, red onions, and drizzled with the MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette (which, by the way, is outstanding). I opted to exclude the tomatoes and added triple pepperoncinis instead. The sandwich was prepared efficiently, and the overall service was commendable. Moreover, the footlong sandwich was reasonably priced at approximately $10. The ingredients looked fresh and the sandwhich ended up tasting pretty good! This was my third visit to this particular Subway. However, it was my first successful purchase. On my previous two visits, I was deterred by the lengthy wait times and eventually opted for Panda Express instead (which is only a football throw away from this store). This review primarily reflects my recent positive experience, which accounts for 80% of my review. I anticipate returning in the future, and as long as the wait isn't excessive, I'll be eager to order another sandwich.

Employees ignored customers and were generally rude. Took 20 minutes to order and pay, but since they don't accept credit cards (cash only), we walked out empty handed.

Went to this location to redeem a coupon that was sent to my house. Upon entering, I had my coupon visible the whole time while I waited for the guy working to complete someone else's order. When it was my turn, I asked him was there any sandwiches that were excluded with this coupon? He then replied we don't take coupons I asked him was there a reason why and he mumbled some gibberish. I don't really eat at Subway and he couldn't give me a legitimate reason why they couldn't except the coupons. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh!The young male employee there was VERY nice, polite, respectful, courteous, considerate, and professional!And, what was my #1 most fave thing there was that they have outlets where you can charge your phone at!??YAY!???That Subway is DEFINITELY AND ABSOLUTELY gonna get my business again in the future sometime!DOUBLE YAY!!????
The lady and the staff are not serving food with a positive attitude and will surely ruin your shopping mood. They hardly put any vegetables. Upon asking for extra, I got 1 extra piece of cucumber! That too with a rude attitude. At the time, they didn't have southwest sauce either. Moreover, the payment screen has a tip option starting from 15%. This place is a joke and should not be part of this food court in this Shopping complex. The Chipotle Mexican restaurant right outside the food court is 100 times better and an amazing staff.

The lady making my sandwich definitely didn't give me the proper amount of chicken on my sandwich. I use to work at subway and I know what looks like to have the penny pinching owner make sandwiches.

Our order was cancelled while we were on the way to the address. We specifically checked the hours because this was the last Subway open in our area. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location and judging by other reviews many other people think the same.

What comes out when diet coke is selected is the barest essence of diet coke. I brought this to the attention of the workers multiple times across multiple visits. It still has not changed. Not returning to this Subway again.Store was clean.
