Placed an order through the app and then they did not even start my order till I was the only one in the store, even though I was still there before most of the other people in line. After nearly 40 minutes they said "sorry for the wait we added extra meat to make up for it" while the sandwich is actually missing the turkey thats supposed to be on it and has the wrong cheese? Every time I've been to this location my order has always been wrong in some way or another.

I've tried this location a few times out of convenience via online order. They've never once got my order correct. Forgetting to put lettuce on salads, don't pay attention to if you ordered toasted or not, missing 1.5/2x orders, etc. Avoid if you can.

The workers pmo like can yall hear orrr what .. putting meatballs on my sandwich when i asked for salami and turkey like how do you hear MEATBALLS??. Didnt even put enough lettuce like damn. If you come hear be prepared to scream your order i guess since these workers dont know how to make a damn sandwich.

Very bad service. I usually do not put a review at first bad service but this place has repeatedly not fulfilled the order correctly. Even after I added a message to add the veggies as per the order there is hardly anything in the sub. I don’t know how much money will they save by not putting the veggies that the customer is asking for. The worst subway I have ordered from.

This is one of the WORST subways out there.Every time I go it’s been awful I don’t know why I keep on trying. But today was the actual last straw. My mom ordered a foot long and once it was ready I went to go pick it up and when I saw the size difference between the 6 inch my mom got and the foot long they were like 2 inches apart from each other. So I went in and asked nicely what the hell was wrong with these sandwiches and held them side to side to show them and they continued to try to gaslight me that the footling that’s wasn’t a footlong was indeed a foot long,So I sent my mother who paid the price of a footlong so she was obviously very pissed and went to asked them what is wrong with them and if they were really trying to convince us that this lame excuse of a fake footlong was an actual footlong and come to find out they took the footlong bread put the ingredients on SIDEWAYS? And they rolled up the bread and ingredients like a god damn fruit roll up. My mother is still absolutely livid and I’m writing this with her permission. Why this place is still open with these actual idiots giving food is beyond me. Everyone of those workers share half a brain cell and are obviously blind and rude as hell. Thank you and goodbye.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. For you coupon users this location DOES accept coupons! One of the few in the area that accepts coupons. This is our favorite Subway in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Pleasanton area. Thank you for always providing a great experience!
