Worst customer service ever. Employees always have attitude for no reason. Veggies and condiments didn’t look fresh, employee be touching register and not changing gloves. MR PICKLES IS THE SANDWICH PLACE TO GO NOT SUBWAY.

My son bought food for us from this subway today I ordered a chicken wrap with multiple vegetables that weren’t put in the wrap.It was disgusting. The banana peppers were tasted gross And the tomatoes were soggy and obviously old. The taste was horrible. The chicken was not fresh. What a waste of money. After eating a couple of bites, I got sick And had to throw the rest away. We will never go there again and not only that the people working there don’t understand English, which they need to speak when you’re working in customer service so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times on what we wanted to order.
I will be filing a complaint for the return of my money and letting everybody know how not to eat there

I’m extremely disappointed by this subway location. I should have read the reviews before ordering, but consistent with others who mobile ordered from here, my footlong sub was completely incorrect and missing most of the ingredients. The sub is so thin and light, barely has any chicken, and missing jalapeños, pickles, black olives, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, and both the sauces (cheese sauce and creamy sriracha sauce). The sub is completely dry, empty, and flavorless. The location has zero excuses because when I went to pick up, there was only 1 customer and 4 employees. 0/5 stars.

I had ordered online two grilled chicken sandwiches, and when I brought them home, noticed that they didn’t have any chicken, just veggies, who on earth doesn’t put chicken on a chicken sandwich??
If you can’t run the business, shut it down!

terrible and unfriendly service. felt straight out of a comedy skit. asked multiple times what bread we wanted but they only had one option type.

Placed an order through the app and then they did not even start my order till I was the only one in the store, even though I was still there before most of the other people in line. After nearly 40 minutes they said "sorry for the wait we added extra meat to make up for it" while the sandwich is actually missing the turkey thats supposed to be on it and has the wrong cheese? Every time I've been to this location my order has always been wrong in some way or another.

The only location around that actually honors the in-app deals! I have only had good experiences with this location and it will always be my first choice. :)

I've tried this location a few times out of convenience via online order. They've never once got my order correct. Forgetting to put lettuce on salads, don't pay attention to if you ordered toasted or not, missing 1.5/2x orders, etc. Avoid if you can.

The workers pmo like can yall hear orrr what .. putting meatballs on my sandwich when i asked for salami and turkey like how do you hear MEATBALLS??. Didnt even put enough lettuce like damn. If you come hear be prepared to scream your order i guess since these workers dont know how to make a damn sandwich.

Very bad service. I usually do not put a review at first bad service but this place has repeatedly not fulfilled the order correctly. Even after I added a message to add the veggies as per the order there is hardly anything in the sub. I don’t know how much money will they save by not putting the veggies that the customer is asking for. The worst subway I have ordered from.

Ordered online for pickup, counter service was great, my timing was poor as the place was packed with rowdy high school kids ... nobody's fault. Sandwiches made as ordered, and were enjoyed at a great music event.

Pretty filthy location. I went in to get a sandwich and the woman was swatting flies away from the meat and produce. The produce isn't fresh (brown and dried out).
