This is hands down the worst subway I have ever been to. The vegetables were so dry and the bread was very stale. The customer service was horrible. The lady working there kept mumbing curse words in spanish as I was ordering my food. It was a truly disappointing experience. I will never eat here again and recommend the same to anyone else considering this place.

Gross. I got a footlong “The Boss” and was pretty underwhelmed by how dry and salty it was. Also, the meatballs were just sitting in a container and, even when heated up, it tastes still cold. Also, the place doesn’t have available napkins or hand sanitizer to clean your hands before eating.
I never go to Subway anymore because of declining quality, but I was so hungry because of my shitty waiting experience for my pickup order at Walmart. I wanted to try the meatball sub for the first time. First and last time. Never again.
I also think these increasing prices are getting ridiculous. How can you go for $5 footlong to $12 footlong?

Wish I could do zero stars. This is possibly the worst subway around. They should have their franchise revoked. The service is horrible the 2 ladies there talk to you like you are garbage and they are so above you that you are not worth the effort as a customer or for the sandwich you ordered. When complaining to the manager about my sandwich ( made atrociously) with hardly any meat she kept interrupting me and saying just give the money back and have them leave. They did not care that they made a subpar meal or to keep me as a customer. The lady that rang me up took my money (cash) and gave me change with the same gloves she used to make the sandwiches for the people behind me. All I can say is if you find yourself here and hungry, get in the car and start driving. Who cares where to just drive, far away! This is the big Philly I ordered and paid $10 for. It’s all bread.

The lady doesn’t understand what we are asking for. We ask for flat bread pizza and she make a flat bread wrapp . She even didn’t let me know they don’t make flatbread pizza. Such a horrible service. I noticed she was so rude and mean to other customers as well.

I agree some of 1 star review below. The Indian lady is rude and disrespectful. I got 2 sandwiches. The first one was with every veggies in it. Then she wouldn't do the same for the 2nd sandwich because "the menu doesn't say cucumber or bell pepper". But she would give extra jalapeno. I was so confused. Why allow it for the 1 and not the other? Then she gave 1 basket for 2 sandwiches. When I asked for another basket, she gave me a look with se attitude.

First off, almost every 5-star review for this Subway franchise is from Local Guides who are professional (possibly paid) reviewers. Regular people have given 1 star (since zero is not an option).Never going back to this place again! The indian lady at the counter isn’t just bad at her job, she is extremely rude and disrespectful and acts like people are asking her to make the subs free of charge. She doesn’t give straight answers, and basically made the worst subs for my kiddos with the veggies spilling out of the bread, there were barely any meat or veggies or sauce and the bread was old and flaky. She also doesn’t wear a mask or maintain any hygiene. The meat section is covered and you cannot see what the condition of the meat is. I’m surprised this franchise hasn’t been pulled up for health violations or hasn’t been shut down. Either ways, never wasting my money here again.

The guy serving was really rude asking me “what do yo want?” He didn’t greet properly and just threw veggies on my sandwich. Also he was skimping on veggies- instead of 6 tomatoes and 6 cucumbers, he put only 4 each. I highly recommend no one come here and go elsewhere.
