My work place is close to this Subway location. So, today 02/26/25, I placed an online order of two footlongs to take home for dinner. I clearly typed upper case letters on the instruction box asking to get mayo and avocado(which costed me extra, of course) on the bread before the meat and veggies but the lady did the opposite and did not add the avocado. She didn't even toast the bread and when I asked her for the avocado, she had a very rude attitud. This is the first time I have a bad experience at a Subway restaurant. I do not recomend this place.

Ordered on the app, went to pick it up when I got there the employee was playing video games on his phone and told me they voided my order because they don't take coupons. He wouldn't even look at me, just wanted to play his game with no one in the store. Horrible experience.

If I could give ZERO I would, please listen to all these reviews and never go here. They will cancel your order and hang up on you when you call after being extremely rude first.

Terrible service, walked in and the lady yelled "No coupons!", so I walked straight out and took my business to McDonald's. First and last time going to this particular Subway. Came here and noticed poor service is a running theme.
Parking: Terrible parking, there is nowhere to park during lunch.

This place has the worst service and the worst staff and be careful because they trying to put the price whatever they want in the breakfast item they don’t inform you that the breakfast is only until 11am and they refuse to sell you a sandwich with the price in the board they want to charge you 2,50 more . This subway is garbage

From the start the service was horrible ? As a visitor I was not expecting that at all.Specially because the area seems decent.Note, I am not from this area I’m visiting a friend.Walking into the restaurant the first thing she says to us, using attitude“we are not accepting any coupons” !!Seriously ?Why!? I don’t know, but being a woman of color I took it very offensive as if we were going to have enough money to pay for our food!?She definitely doesn’t deserve any stars. I had to give it at least one.Customer service was awful ?She was rude and we could tell she doesn’t enjoy her job at all. Her self being a woman of color shouldn’t treat customers like that!!I will NEVER be coming back to this subway EVER AGAIN!!!!

Absolutely awful subway management! Cancelled our order because they are too lazy to complete it without any given reason. They have taken our coupons before and today just decided to not take the coupon THE SAME ONE WE USED EARLIER THIS WEEK? And cancelled our order. Literally terrible lazy people but thats what you get when you hire people like at this restaurant. So damn lazy and unprofessional
