Tbh I had a really bad experience. I usually shop in subway because I use coupons for a good deal however I was notified they don’t except them here for some type of reason. The employee attitude felt like he did not even want to be there. Had headphones in no name tag and no attention to customer survive at all . I do not recommend. never coming back again

This location lost a customer today.

Customer service and communication is not a priority here. I frequent this location sometimes, and every time I have purchased a sandwich from the menu and have added vegetables (at the end of the line) as usual.

I ordered their new honey chicken sandwich and when it came to the veggie selection, I ask to add other toppings not listed on the menu.

The middle-aged lady goes on to ignore me.

So I politely ask for the veggie toppings again.

“You can’t add more”, she said. “You chose this sandwich and this is what it comes with. Can’t you read?”

I was surprised.

I asked why. She said that it’s what the sign says. But I then mention that I’ve been here the last week and ordered their same sandwich and she made it.

She said it is new policy.

I ask where is the sign that says that. She then just points to the menu item, which doesn’t specifically say anything aside from what that sandwich has as ingredients.

She noticed I wasn’t going to pay for the sandwich so she decided to add the additional veggies I wanted.

I’m not sure if this is new Subway or specific franchise policy, but if it is/was, there is no customer awareness of this change or enforcement.

Again, I have been here several times and even ordered the same sandwich by the same lady the week prior.

This was a disappointing interaction and quite embarrassing since there was a customer after me. It’ll definitely be my last time coming here since this lady wasn’t professional at all.

Very rude service. Poorly assembled sandwiches. Does not accept coupons. Does not listen to special requests.
Absolute worst Subway location I have ever visited. Corporate Subway should audit this location.
Positive reviews posted for this location is quite suspicious indeed.

Avoid!! Owner is extremely rude and they are never open when the employee is inside during business hours. The owner yells at customers who ask why the door is locked and the hours state open until 7:30pm. This has happened to me 3 separate times in the past year.

My work place is close to this Subway location. So, today 02/26/25, I placed an online order of two footlongs to take home for dinner. I clearly typed upper case letters on the instruction box asking to get mayo and avocado(which costed me extra, of course) on the bread before the meat and veggies but the lady did the opposite and did not add the avocado. She didn't even toast the bread and when I asked her for the avocado, she had a very rude attitud. This is the first time I have a bad experience at a Subway restaurant. I do not recomend this place.

Ordered on the app, went to pick it up when I got there the employee was playing video games on his phone and told me they voided my order because they don't take coupons. He wouldn't even look at me, just wanted to play his game with no one in the store. Horrible experience.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE HASSLE AND JUST GO TO THE STANLEY LOCATION! 969 E Stanley Blvd, Livermore, CA 94550 THEY ACCEPT THE IN-APP DEALS unlike these greedy rude people. If I could give ZERO I would, please listen to all these reviews and never go here. They will cancel your order and hang up on you when you call after being extremely rude first.

Terrible service, walked in and the lady yelled "No coupons!", so I walked straight out and took my business to McDonald's. First and last time going to this particular Subway. Came here and noticed poor service is a running theme.

Parking: Terrible parking, there is nowhere to park during lunch.

Terrible service. Would not even change out the nasty reddish looking lettuce for fresh lettuce, even though that lettuce was almost empty. Garbage!!!
