I ordered a foot-long chicken sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, and it was by far the skimpiest, most poorly made sandwich I’ve ever received. The portioning was unacceptable—barely any chicken, and it looked like a plain white sandwich rather than what was ordered.

What made the experience worse was the attitude of the attendant, who appeared completely indifferent to the order and unapologetic about the quality being served. There was no effort, no care, and no basic customer service.

I was there with two hungry kids, and they left visibly disappointed. That alone says everything about the experience. This visit fell well below expectations, and I would seriously reconsider returning unless there is a clear improvement in both food quality and staff behavior.

I used BOGO $1 deal online (with total $15.xx for 2 footlong sandwiches), picked up and just opened one. I’ve never seen a subway sandwich this thin in my life. Lol. I don’t taste anything but the bread. But the food was ready as scheduled.

I frequent here as it's close to my work but every time there seems to be a problem with either the system online being down, cash only, missing ingredients, what have you. Hoping Subway steps in to figure out the issues so service can be reliable.

I ordered a footlong sandwich from this Subway location using the app because they had a $6.99 promotion for ANY footlong, ANY sandwich. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was shocked to see that my sandwich had barely any meat—it was nowhere near what I ordered.

When I asked the staff about it, they casually told me that since I used the promotion, they only put a "sample" amount of meat. That was never mentioned in the promotion details! To make things worse, they told me to get a refund through the app, but there was no option to request a refund.

This is false advertising and completely dishonest. If Subway offers a deal, they need to honor it properly instead of cheating customers with a half-filled sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

This subway has the meal deal of the day advertised on the app. I ordered the meal deal and they put less meat and less cheese. It’s literally false advertising and I would not of ordered it if I knew I was basically going to get a piece of bread with half the meat and cheese. Shame on the owner of this subway for being a cheapskate! I confronted the employee and she was told to put less on it because of the meal deal. Give me a break. 1 star.

I’m convinced this place is only opened to launder money.. everytime I come here they’re closed even during business hours whether it’s the morning or afternoon. Whether it’s 10 am or 4pm.. I just went in at 6 and their business hours says open until 7:30 pm and the door was open.. the employee was sitting at the table watching a movie and eating with half the lights off and he told me they were closed. I will be reporting it to BBB because it’s been like this for the past 2-3 years or longer. I work close by and always go on my lunch and they’re never open even during their stated business hours. This place is forsure only open to wash dirty money.
