Tried to walk through drive through as my truck is too large for tiny drive through and was denied service. Came back 6 min before closing and was denied service again stating they are “closed.” Terrible customer service

It’s always the same issue at night—rude employees who can’t even talk properly to customers. No manners, no respect, just poor service. I’m done coming here after dark. They clearly don’t care.
Taco Bell management needs to take a serious look at who is working nights. The staff is disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been patient, but it’s been multiple visits with the same behavior. Do better.
The workers at night are always so rude and unprofessional. They don’t speak nicely, and it feels like they don’t care about their job or the customers. It’s disappointing because I used to like coming here, but now I avoid it at night.

Every time I visit this Taco Bell at night, the employees are extremely disrespectful. They don’t know how to speak to customers properly and act rude every single time. It’s been happening repeatedly, not just once. I hope the management looks into this and improves the behaviour of the night shift staff.
Very bad service for truck driver if some one go for food they said bring car how I bring my truck in the drive thru what we do if we are the truck driver and only tacobell is there very bad customer service
Cashier was rude, chips weren't fresh, and I asked for extra beef and got extra everything.

Got food poisoning from this place a few days ago, rough night puking my brains out.

Ordered on my way to Taco Bell. Waited at counter for 10+ mins asking for help with no coming to help. Once I got help( just wanted a water cup while eating for food), waited for another 10 mins or so for food.
I would suggest still having someone at front counter even with the kiosk, or at least don’t ignore customers while they are in front of you.

Employees won't talk to you. I went here to pick up a mobile order. Stood there for 15 minutes before a employee would talk to me. Food was cold by the time I got it.
