"The front woman at the cashier at Habit Burger provided outstanding service during my kid's birthday celebration. She made sure our group was seated comfortably and attended to all our needs throughout the meal. The front woman personally checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly and even surprised my child with a complimentary dessert and birthday song. Her attention to detail and exceptional service truly made our dining experience memorable. We left feeling grateful for the wonderful hospitality and can't wait to return for future celebrations. This place has gotten worse each time we go! Hamburgers were soggy because of all the Mayo they pile on! We asked for substitutes for cheese and no onions and mustard and got not one of what we asked. The onion rings were over cooked and hard like they re cooked them and asked for Ranch and got nothing! So basically they ignored what we wanted on our whole order!? And the meal was $50.00 this place is so not worth $50.00. I advise you to go down the street to In-N-Out!!

The cashier was very rude. It was my husbands first time eating there so he dose not know how menu works. I do know and have a had time eating the buns to the hamburgers so when ordering we asked for know buns and the cashier was giving us a hard time about it that's one and my husband asked for grilled onions not knowing they come with it the cashier was getting impatient and rude telling us it's not how it works or I just said that your not listening. we will not be going back there again if that's how they are going to be and I'm here waiting upon our food. They were in there, talking about us and saying all this crap right in front of our faces. So that's fucked up

So I go in the habit today at about 130 and order a char burger but notice that the broiler isn't even on and people are just hanging out, so I was wondering how my burger was going to get cooked. Then, as I looked over the counter, I noticed a stack of already cooked burgers probably 12 high, looking pretty nasty just kind of sitting there and that's where they grab my burger from and then just heated it up on the flat top . I don't know about you, but if I order burger from a place like habit, I would expect it to go on the broiler to order. I almost sent the food back but I figured I just won't be back as long as this practice is going on. $30 + for two meals I would expect, a little bit more quality and yes the burger tasted like a hockey puck that's been sitting around in the air drying out in the open just as it was. I would've asked to speak to a manager, but they were all kids. I don't think it would've made much of a difference. And the people who ordered behind me, also got the hockey puck from the stack as well.

First time for me at this location. The experience with the service and the food was as good as the location I visit the most in San Ramon. My favorite is the tuna sandwich ? with sweet potatoes. ??

The quality of meat is better than most chain burger places. When they advertise something special it really is great. There service is great alway a smile and polite.

RANCH!!! They literally forget the ranch every. Single. Time. And not just as a side; but also as a dressing for my salad. That's so infuriating when you get an order delivered and have no dressing to put on your salad. Every single time we order from or go to this location, they screw something up. Every. Time. Last time I went in, I ordered my burger and a side Caesar. When I got my order, there was a Caesar dressing but no salad. I went up to the counter and said my salad was missing and she said, "You didn't order a salad, just a side of dressing." On their ticket when you order a side caesar salad, it is printed as "side Caesar" on the receipt. And who just asks for a side of Caesar dressing?! If she was unsure, she should have asked to clarify. Anyways, I reordered the Caesar SALAD. This time, we ordered for delivery and has specified "include napkins". They gave us literally one napkin and no straw for the drink. I looked at the ticket and on the bottom there is literally a checklist for utensils, napkins, and ranch which made me even more confused as to why they always forget the ranch. I don't understand why it is so difficult for them to get orders right. It's not that hard. CHECK THE TICKETS! Mind you, this review is probably 20 wrong orders overdue. It took me that long to write the review, maybe I was wishfully thinking they'd get it together. Maybe it's time to boycott the place.

Came in to this location twice already and i gotta say they have gotten alot better. Whatever was done was just right everyone is so welcoming food took just the right time and everything was at a great temperature France assistant manager has helped me both times and went above and beyond each time. Amazing hob everyone!!!

Burgers here are very flavorful. Not a bad place to sit down and have lunch or dinner. They have other options too but the burgers are so good I haven't ever tried anything else.Parking: Huge parking lot, you will find a spot.

Tahue and her manager are extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to come inside to pick up my curbside order, when the manager says "you gotta push the button in your phone buddy" - I did push the button, buddy, and you texted me that you were bringing the order out 15 min ago. If you hate your job you can find somewhere else to work. Try a name tag too so people don't have to ask your name.

Today, I took my son and his friends to Boomers to celebrate his birthday. We decided to go to Habit Burger for lunch. When the manager -Felicia found out we were celebrating my son's birthday she went over and beyond to ensure we had an excellent lunch. Felicia was as awesome!!
