Food looks pretty but is kinda bland. Really polite waitstaff.

I love the press’s oatmeal, especially the seasonal ones.

However, I have had more negative than positive experiences. I walked in 3 minutes after opening once and the staff plus manager seemed very upset because they weren’t ready. So I walked back to my car, waited a few minutes (this point 5-8 minutes after they should be open) and walked back in to buy a gift card. The staff and manager were very unfriendly, stoic as they rang me up exchanging annoyed glances between another. I’m not sure if they were upset that I didn’t order food and drinks as well or because I came in so soon after their opening hours. I was very introverted at the time and in highschool so this scared me away from the location for a bit. This was years ago so I’m not sure if the manager has changed.

I went another time about a year or so after this experience for a brunch date with my mom. Ordered their avocado toast, which I guess wasn’t in season because the avocado was ROCK solid. I’m talking using my molars to bite it and instead of mushing it broke down into smaller pieces. Had to throw it out after my teeth began to ache. I didn’t know avocado could be so hard, let alone that it would be served like that.

I tried their mochas a couple of times and every time they tasted different. However, their seasonal pear oatmeal had been consistent in my experience. It’s very rich and has so many flavors. This is one item I strongly recommend.

I’ve never wrote a review below 5 stars and feel guilty about it but I’m hoping the staff takes this as genuine constructive feedback. I look forward to seeing how they grow as a business.

Good coffee great food and awesome service it’s always packed because they have a great thing going here highly recommend the breakfast Sammie I personally skip the meat and get avocado instead.

Absolutely love the place .
Our favorite place to have brunch and a coffee . Definitely love the ambiance and service . This place is small but atmosphere makes you feel like you’re having brunch onYour vacation at least that what i feel.
My Saturday ritual pretty much most of the weeks i go here .

Phenomenal Coffee, great food and cozy ambience.

Personal has been super Chill and they have a gorgeous Barista.

The strawberry almond bostock was delicious and mocha latte was good. There’s no smile from the Barista but the servers were all attentive. There was a woman who greeted and asked customers how was their meals/drink but I was never asked and I even smiled to her. She completely looked away when I smiled not once but twice. She acts like she’s either the Manager or owner. Not very welcoming at all. I will never be back nor recommend this place. There’s plenty of cafes and breakfast places to go in Livermore

Just as amazing as the other reviews made it sounds! Based on those reviews I deviated quite a distance off course, and was not disappointed at all. I’ll definitely be returning to LLNL to eat here again. ?

Coffee was great and the service was amazing. The food is hit or miss, I had a Shakshuka that was inedible. The eggs were severly undercook and instead of being a tomato sauce, it was pieces of tomato, peppers and carrots floating in oil. I'd say go for the classics for food.

Only my second time going here because the place is usually packed (and it was today but I took a chance). The food is always phenomenal and the staff are extremely considerate and nice. I was sitting outside because it was packed but once a table was free, one of the wait staff told me she’d save the table for me so I can get out of the heat. Also, their service is fast. My only complaint is that it’s a very small premise so it’s crammed pretty tight and it gets super noisy with everyone talking, so just bring headphones and you’ll be good :)
