On March 21, 2022, 7:30 p. I ordered a 20 piece wings with Blue Cheese dip on the side via online delivery. The chicken arrived hot, however when I began eating the wings I noticed several of the pieces to have a spongy texture and a rancid pungent smell. It was spoiled meet. I immediately called the Wingstop restaurant on Las Positas in Livermore, Ca and talked to an employee. I explained what occurred. She took a message and said her Manager was not available but he would call me when he got in. She advised she did not know what they could do. On March 22, 2022, 7:30 pm, I followed up with a call to the same Wingstop as I never received a phone call from the Manager as promised. A young lady answered, stating her Manager was there and put me on hold. She came back to the phone, asked is my name Tammi? (I never told her my name or reason for calling) I said yes. She proceeded to tell me the Manager is busy but he would call me back in a few minutes. I told her, that's what they told me on 3/21 but she assured me he would call. It's, March 23, 2022 I have yet to receive a call. I would not recommend eating at this establishment. They do not care about the quality of their food they deliver to their customer. Their customer service is horrible and neglectful. Their lack of response indicates a blatant disregard for their customers health and wellbeing. This could have easily been resolved with a simple phone call. I wonder how many others received spoiled chicken on March 21, 2022.

Worst ever ordering experience. Took 45 minutes to get 1 order while we stood there seeing people who ordered after us ( walk in) get their food ahead of us. The kids working there had no clue of what was going on. Never again will I step into this store. Wish I could give a zero star.

The wings were cooked and sauced to perfection. The workers were polite and swift with the orders. Was all out a great experience ordering food from this particular wingstop. I recommend ordering hot lemon on the secret menu.

Dear WingStop, I had a pick up order, but the 3 guys working behind the counter need to be working in LAZYSTOP! Here's two reasons why... one, there was an enormous line and not one employee approached us to take someone's order. Furthermore, they were talking as if they were at some social event. (Tip: At least work and talk.) Two, not only was there bad service but microwaved wings were still cold, the fries were limp or stale and lastly to top everything off, THE SIDE OF RANCH WAS CHARGED AND OVERPRICED.

Wingstop location in Livermore suck, the employees are rude the cook is very very rude. I order a ten piece meal as I was waiting on my order I notice the cook pre-frying chicken and pre-frying french fries. When I receive my order I looked in the bag to check my order. I noticed my bone-in chicken wings look old and over cooked. I told the cashier I would wait on a fresh batch of chicken and he told me that he prepared my order already and he needed to prepare more orders for other customers. The cook Emeril said he rather throw it in the garbage then sell me anything else so I requested a refund, He said I sound stupid ordering another order and he will give me the same order back to me.

This location is horrible never on time and really not worth the wait if there were another location in a near by city I would go there they tell you like 20-25 minutes but it's always like 45-60 minutes I guess if you order online it might be better it seems like they put those orders in the front on the line but when you drive by you think get better but not

employee's sucked a*** super rude and it took over 30 min when i ordered. After waiting forever, i got my food and asked for another ranch. on top of the one I ALREADY PAID for. the head"cook" or whatever you want to consider that idiot, comes out and tells me to be patient. after ive aready waited over a half an hour for some freaking wings? Are we serious? this place is a joke. Id recommend ITS JUST WINGS over this any day.

I have been going here for years and the food and service is great. My last order I forgot to mention to have the wings on the wet side but Jamal who took my order remembered and made sure it was done right. Thank you Jamal!

Jamal is the best worker. I hurt my foot coming out of the target right there and had already placed an online order. He was so sweet and brought the order out curbside, which they don't have set up. They're really busy so I really appreciated his customer service! The food is good here and it's my unhealthy treat every once in awhile. Ok like once a week. Twice. I don't know know but the fries and wings are amazing and it's addicting. Thanks again Jamal!!!

We were greeted by a wall of smoke funneling out the front door (not sure if that's a regular thing or not??) and hesitated to actually enter the restaurant. Upon entering we made our way to the counter but no one seem to notice us for what seemed like an eternity in the billowing smoke. Masks were worn by most of the busy staff and we eventually got to order. We finally decided the smoke was too much and waited outside in the parking lot for our food to be ready. The wings were good but not great (could've just been a bad day to go in) but what stuck with us was the burnt oil and smoke smell! It stuck with us until we could get a good shower in! My son said he really liked the wings so of course we'll try again in the future!

I called to place an order for the Superbowl. The girl that answered had to go check with the manager for every question that I asked. I finally asked to speak to the manager since the girl I was talking to had no idea what she was saying or doing. When the manager got on the phone & I started asking questions, all he gave me was "Ok" for answers. I asked what time I could pick it up & he said they open at 11. Again, I asked what time I can pick it up. Again he said they open at 11. So, does that mean they make my order at 11, let it sit to get cold until I come in & pick it up at 2:00? This Wingstop always has had very poor service. All they have are kids working there with no customer service experience & who just don't care at all. Very bad place!

This wing stop claims that they don't take orders 20 mins before they close. The employee continued to say that they are open till 11 not midnight. Personally I could go without the side comments from your disgruntled employees. Please treat your customers with a nicer attitude.

I'm very upset. I placed an order at 7:30 PM. I went in at 8 and paid for it. I waited for 45 minutes while other people came and went, and finally I was told my order was in a bag that I saw be set down 20+ minutes earlier. I asked for a refund but I didn't know if they would still let me have my food. I said I'd keep it if it was still hot and the manager said it was. It wasn't. I wanted something to bring home for dinner so I just kept the food and paid for it. It was an awful experience and i came home with cold food.

I've always enjoyed WS, but lately their quality has gone down the toilet including their customer service. This place in particular has some of the most rude staff yet.
