Love love togos! But the online ordering is horrible with the timing of the pick up. This isn't the first time this has happened. I placed my order at 5 my pick up time 537. 4 hot sandwiches. I arrive early and the food is ready. I asked the guy how long has it been ready? He said about 10min I replied... So my hot sandwiches are cold. No response he hand me the bag and went on his way to finish another order. Togos you need to do better with the pick up times. Hot sandos need to be filled when customer arrives. The price we pay for these items they should be hot n ready at the time of pick up.
