The bread is always dry and so strangely thick, vs other Togos locations. Tried it again today and again awful. Will drive to the other location by Safeway near 580 for fresh bread.

Love love togos! But the online ordering is horrible with the timing of the pick up. This isn't the first time this has happened. I placed my order at 5 my pick up time 537. 4 hot sandwiches. I arrive early and the food is ready. I asked the guy how long has it been ready? He said about 10min I replied... So my hot sandwiches are cold. No response he hand me the bag and went on his way to finish another order. Togos you need to do better with the pick up times. Hot sandos...
