Sorry to say I had a terrible experience here today. We asked at least 6 or 8 times if the chocolate cake was a Butter Cream frosting and not whip cream. This was for my mothers 80th birthday, a memorable day. The cake was a hassle to order, was NOT a butter cream frosting, and was super dry. Minus 2 points for not being what we ordered, minus 2 for being poorly made (overbaked and grainy texture), and minus 1 for the hassle trying to order. It was so bad, we decided to eat a different cake from another place.

Very clean, nice staff, yummy sandwiches and sweets, and the coffee was great. Easy parking and lots of comfortable seating with computer outlets.
Mi Familia loves it here, we come here often. Love everything here. The staff are nice but most specially the Manager is very friendly and so attentive.. Love it there

We went in at around 10:20 am today. Most of the pastries look burnt. The older lady I think she was the manager was really rude and not friendly she was looking at us up and down.

SCAM ALERT. Bakery franchisee is scaming customer and overcharge for the cake and extra labour charges but in the bill intead of extra labour charges written 2 pieces of garlic stick and cross with pen, when we asked bakery had no answer but get extra $10 for labour charge and $75 for a 10 inches cake, total $85 for a simeple 10 inches cake. I think both customet and franchisor should see this review. Bakery can be sued becuase of this action. Bakery this action was not a mistake and it was ententionally Scam and i can provide a bill for franchisor to check that which type of scammers running your franchisee.

The bakery is awesome, with a clean and spacious interior and fresh, delicious items. What truly impressed us was the exceptional customer service and the friendly staff who even brought our drinks to the table. Despite a small confusion with our order, the owner graciously provided us with an additional drink free of charge. We were thoroughly impressed by their service and would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fresh pastries, bakery items, or coffee/tea lattes.
