I’ve had multiple cakes from the Livermore location and the quality is severely lacking when compared to the Dublin one. From using an unnecessary food coloring in the white cake of their blueberry cake to the inconsistent thickness of the layers and cream filling, we usually decide to drive to Dublin in order to get what we want.
There coffee is really good and so is there food. However, their seating sofas with pink and grey color are really dirty that you almost don’t want to sit on them. Additionally, they barely clean the tables after the customer leave, it is probably because they are under staffed. Overall, it’s a nice place, if they maintain a bit more, it will be amazing place to hang for coffee.

Customer service was a bit of a let down. I can appreciate the sense of urgency but its rude to walk away while your customer us talking or asking questions.
Overall, it can be a nice spot to visit regularly.
