The worst and the saltest poke I ever had.be ready to drink 10 gallons of water after eating that. I had to throw it and get panada express next door

Store closes at 8 pm but doors were already locked and closed at 7:20

I don't like to be harsh, but the fish tasted so bad that I couldn't swallow it without fearing for my health. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. The staff was kind, and I don't blame them for the taste, they tried their best. I wouldn't recommend this food.

Nice fresh simple poke bowls, good amount and interesting sauce.

There is not much seating and the environment is very simple, so you might want to take it to go instead of dining in.

The staff is polite, but a bit lost when answering questions.

Overall it's a good casual poke place for a quick bite.

Closes at 8:30… but worker closed at 7pm cause for some reason every day this week they close at 7? Very random.

Food was just fair. The biggest problem was that the rice was boiling hot, which is gross with the other fresh ingredients. My biggest issue with this place though ks that it is way understaffed. One poor person is taking orders, making bowls, making drinks. She did a great job, but it felt unfair. TO THE OWNERS: Don't be so cheap!! Treat your staff better and out two people on shift.

i came at 2.15 PM but there are closed for break time!!! you have to change bussiness time.

Staff was kind and patient and; I have bad social anxiety and I kept messing up my order and was a little indecisive; I also realized I had mayo in my order but the staff were understanding and made me a whole new bowl. I felt so bad but they made my experience less stressful and awkward. The bowl itself was great too and the ingredients are all fresh and high quality

Very good

Food was great! We took our customized bowls to go, and it was really yummy. The place looked clean and staff were very nice and polite. Unfortunately they don’t have too many options for topping.

A bit of an unpredictable situation. Took my team here for lunch right when location opened at 11am. After our first two orders the system freezes. New associate working his first solo day had to call for support. So in the midst of we were asked to use the kiosk, as we proceeded to use the kiosk the associates shut the whole system down. So we waited for a reboot. Eventually every go there order, I ordered the number 2 bowl which has shrimp in it. But when I opened my food to eat it. I had NO shrimp ? in my meal. And I received my meal at about 1137. This location is also hiring. A little uniques first visit. Not saying that I wouldn’t go back but it raised a yellow flag in my book. Over all was a decent visit.

Nice Poke spot if your in the area. They have 6 Poke Bowl meal options and you can customize them to the Nth degree based upon your tastes. I got the Tuna and Salmon and it was tasty. Not the best but good. The quantity of the bowl is spot on and it's a seemingly healthy option compared to a lot of the quick meal options out there.Where I think this business will shine is it's large boba selection. I can see this spot being hit to a certain age group. It's proximity to the shopping plaza is key too.What I also like is the cleanliness of the place. Understandably it is a new establishment so I hope that the cleanliness is kept up through the years.The lady who was on duty at the time was nice and helpful too. It was my first time here so she was patient with me as I fumbled around lol. They have a large monitor ordering system too which helps with the customization of your meal which is cool.If your in the West livermore area and want a lighter, healthier meal option I would definitely recommend!

Vegetarian options: They have a tofu selection on there menu.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love boba!

Haven’t ate my food yet.. but 5 stars on customer service alone!! I wish I would have got her name! She was super friendly, helpful and patient! First time here and didn’t have a clue what or how to order. The girl working on Jan 30th at 4pm was fabulous!
