Food was great! We took our customized bowls to go, and it was really yummy. The place looked clean and staff were very nice and polite. Unfortunately they don’t have too many options for topping.

I am a weekly uncle shrki poke customer. I used ti love it so much & keep raving and recommending it to all my friends. Past 2 visits ago, I believe the staff was a trainee he gave me half portion of each bowls. After that weekend, the owners husband was the one who made my order and it was the usual serving. That confirmed my doubt from my past visit. Then today, I couldnt believe they changed the container, it is not as deep as the old bowl. So of course the serving tremendously changed.. I am really sad, I was a fan since the opening day august.. but that changed it.. hope they can go back to its usual servings & bowl.

It was just ok. Not very customizable, not too many sauce options either. I have had better

First time here today and it was very good. Service was a little slow but they are training so that was to help expected. Food was very good and I will be coming back here.

A bit of an unpredictable situation. Took my team here for lunch right when location opened at 11am. After our first two orders the system freezes. New associate working his first solo day had to call for support. So in the midst of we were asked to use the kiosk, as we proceeded to use the kiosk the associates shut the whole system down. So we waited for a reboot. Eventually every go there order, I ordered the number 2 bowl which has shrimp in it. But when I opened my food to eat it. I had NO shrimp ? in my meal. And I received my meal at about 1137. This location is also hiring. A little uniques first visit. Not saying that I wouldn’t go back but it raised a yellow flag in my book. Over all was a decent visit.

Nice Poke spot if your in the area. They have 6 Poke Bowl meal options and you can customize them to the Nth degree based upon your tastes. I got the Tuna and Salmon and it was tasty. Not the best but good. The quantity of the bowl is spot on and it's a seemingly healthy option compared to a lot of the quick meal options out there.Where I think this business will shine is it's large boba selection. I can see this spot being hit to a certain age group. It's proximity to the shopping plaza is key too. What I also like is the cleanliness of the place. Understandably it is a new establishment so I hope that the cleanliness is kept up through the years. The lady who was on duty at the time was nice and helpful too. It was my first time here so she was patient with me as I fumbled around lol. They have a large monitor ordering system too which helps with the customization of your meal which is cool.If your in the West livermore area and want a lighter, healthier meal option I would definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: They have a tofu selection on there menu.Kid-friendliness: Kids love boba!

Haven’t ate my food yet.. but 5 stars on customer service alone!! I wish I would have got her name! She was super friendly, helpful and patient! First time here and didn’t have a clue what or how to order. The girl working on Jan 30th at 4pm was fabulous!

I felt bad the guy working at the counter since he was all by himself and they had a good amount of people, but be aware the kiosk system they have did not print the cook's order ticket. With this method of payment and having on line ordering, it was hard to understand when the order was going to be up. I didn't keep track on who ordered behind me, but after a half hour I decided to inquire what was going on. The person didn't have a ticket and had to retrieve the order within the system (had to scroll way back), and accepted that an error was made and made our food quickly. I have to admit I was pretty mad. The fact I was just sitting there for over a half hour to where he was working should have said something was wrong. Even if the food was good, I'm not sure if I'll come back if they are using this kiosk method. Need to get this worked out or they will not have a nice customer. In some case I little blame the guy working since he should have been keeping tabs on who's standing around wAiting for an order, but I also blame the manager of this place that caused this guy to work by himself when thy should have come in to help especially when this area is always busy. Also another warning, the kiosk does not provide a print receipt or text receipt. Very disappointing, not sure I'll come back here.

This is a fantastic poke spot with the addition of milk teas! How fitting that this place is right next door to a Hawaiian shaved ice store; it's like going to Hawaii. What I like about this Poke joint, is that they have about 8 ready-built poke items to choose from. You don't have to stand around wondering what to put inside your bowl; these are already custom built for you. My wife and I loved the Uncle Sharky which had Tuna, Salmon and shrimp. The flavors from their bowls are amazing! I'm a huge fan of their sauces and toppings. I do wish that they had wasabi and pickled ginger to put on top but they don't. The bowls are about $13 each depending on if you add more toppings. We also liked their Thai milk tea with pearls. The Thai tea was creamy and bold with lots of deep flavor. It's by far one of the best we've had. Next time we're in the area and craving some poke, we're definitely stopping by here again.

I'd say Uncle Sharkii is good for the poke bowl newbie. Perfect as a "food court" option, so it's fitting that it is near the outlets (but in a different plaza across the street by the Ulta and Crate & Barrel). The menu has pre-determined bowls, so it's not like the poke places that are set up like Chipotle where you choose which items you want from each station. I'm no poke connoisseur, but I prefer to choose my own items. Yes, you can customize and ask the server to leave stuff off or put stuff on, but that seems so complicated. A good poke bowl needn't be difficult! Service was fast and friendly, but still had that "food court" feeling. You could tell this was just a job for our server, not something she had a vested interest in. No fault on her, just something we noticed, especially when we compare to other poke places we've been. If I recall, they also have boba here, but I didn't partake. Overall, we've got other poke places we'd prefer to go to -- like Local Poke just a few miles away! But this would do in a pinch if you're craving poke and not willing to leave the outlet area.

Just ordered pick up and when I came to pick up and asked the lady (I think she's the owner) she's always there. I asked her if they are still doing the happy hour since they are still having the sign at the sidewalk for buy one get one boba drink for free? Since I ordered online and it didn't give me the option to add the drink? She said no . But the sign is still in the sidewalk? Regret for adding 20% tips
