Tried VERACE coffee today for the first time and honestly, very disappointed ☕️
We ordered two iced coffees and Gelato for kids — one mocha iced coffee and one iced latte. The mocha was extremely bitter and not enjoyable at all. When we politely brought it up at the counter, the response was simply “I can’t do anything,” with no attempt to fix or replace it.
This was surprising — most coffee places at least try to adjust or remake a drink if it’s not right. Here, it felt like once the drink is made, that’s it — no flexibility, no customer care.
What made it worse was the attitude. It came across as dismissive and rude, especially considering we had even tipped.
Just a heads-up to others: be very cautious when ordering here. What you get is final — whether you like it or not.
Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a coffee place.
