I purchased chicken tenders and french fries. The chicken was dry & the fries became un-chewable as if they weren't real. I tried to return them but the supervisor said that I need to speak with her manager because of the date.
I have a kid in ICU on Life Support so I couldn't return the food the next day. I came by one day & the restaurant was closed early. I also had to locate the receipt which took some time.
Wendy's is worth $1.64 Billion Dollars, they can afford to Refund my money.

I’ve been here to eat a couple times but had a bad experience today. My daughter’s hamburger was raw and I didn’t notice until she was almost done with it. I went to tell the staff about it but they just thought I wanted another one, but I only wanted to tell them that if she were to get sick it would be their fault. They had a bad attitude about it, not even offering an apology.

Love this Wendy's location for their fast and kind service. The woman on the register knows her customers well and invites a welcoming atmosphere. It's never too busy and saves me on days I forget my lunch.
Mustard on Hamburgers? Well, it was a nice touch. We stop at Airway Chevron going north or south on 580 so there are great restrooms, snacks or drinks, and a meal if needed. But gas prices are the highest in the area.
