Wetzel's Pretzels

Their pretzels are so tiny and cost 7.50 it was smaller than my hand and unsalted

Cinna bits were dry and overpriced, would not recommend

They’re always out of the products we want! When you ask how long it’ll take, they always make it sound like it’s such a hardship to make the item, so they tell you it’ll take 30min and it deters you from ordering it. Luckily they’re not the only food option in the mall.

Was my birthday yesterday and I live in Livermore. Two times now I've gotten that new frozen lemonaide w/popping Boba. I LOVE them with a hint of blue raz. That's the way I order it.Looked up closet one. Livermore outlets... first time there, and probably last. Google reviews were bad. Gave it a shot anyway. Asked for it how I liked it. He said that'll be 30 cents extra... should have paid it. I asked why, "Never had to before, why now?" He said would you like me to ask my manager. I said sure. He walked over to her and they whispered. He came back and said that'll be $2.19 extra.I looked at her and said.. serious? She said.. yeah! I said it's the same amount in the cup. And I said, ooohhhh. You're the manager with all the bad reviews. She shook her head and said yup.I did not enjoy my birthday drink the way I would have liked to. Because I sure wasn't going pay over 2 dollars extra.?

Parking: Better off parking and nearby shopping centers and walking, However there is not very many sidewalks and safe areas to walk when there's traffic.

Kid-friendliness: No room to go in with a stroller without being in everyone's way.

I liked the lemonade, the rest was so so

0 Stars! I was charged twice! The RUDE cashier says oh didn’t go through, runs it again. Log into my bank right then and there and sure enough 2 charges! I show her and the manager, both of which gave me attitude & it’s neither of their problems apparently & to call my bank, umm no! I will NEVER ever eat here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

OK food, but very, very overpriced - especially the hot dog and drinks. $5+ for a slushie, $7+ for hot dog...The combos don't save you any money and they charge you for each individual item...

I got the worse experience of my life the employee name Alexis served my food ,then touched cash, scramble the recived with his dirty hands and put it inisde my bag with my food . He was rude because i did not purchase a drink... is he the face of the company i think management should review his performance .. thanks

Very rich delicious pretzels

Would give 0 stars if possible. Open hours say 10am but they haven't opened till 11:10. Didn't bother to tell us when they'd open when we knocked. Once they opened, they only had Hot Dogs but nothing else. Worst staff.

Love the food and drinks here.
