Wingen is my favorite spot in town. I moved to California three years ago, and Wingen Bakery is the first place to impress me. I’ve ordered many things off their menu, but my favorite thing so far was the veggie hummus Focaccia sandwich. The flavors and combinations of vegetables was so delicious. I’ve also ordered a slice of the tahini and black sesame cake and it was the most interesting and amazing thing I’ve ever had. I’d like to add that they have many vegetarian and vegan options (kite hill cream cheese). I also love that they have a little play area for children and a kids menu as well. It really makes going for coffee and something good to eat a more enjoyable experience if you have children. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve noticed all the employees are so happy and pleasant, the music is always right and everything is well kept/clean.

You feel like you're in the most beautiful bakery in New York. All the staff feel like family. Every bite I take is incredibly delicious. My favorites are the avocado toast and soft egg! Their coffee is also amazing! If you want to hang out in a place that makes you feel special, I highly recommend it! Friday night is pizza night, and I think they make the best pizza in the Bay Area. I'm a big fan of this place! Please hire me! 👻

I love love this place! Be prepared it gets crowded fast. Their breakfast and lunch options are delish!! And their baked good amazing!! Every time I have come by it's been yummy!!
I have read about this place for years. I love sourdough so finally went and tried it.I ordered a simple plain bagel and a baguette. They were both fine but I honestly did not taste any sourdough flavor at all. The bagel was very dense and chewy but no flavor at all. The bagguet was good if you want a plain one, but again no sourdough?
Maybe I am misunderstanding something but the website says sourdough bagels and I am assuming the baguette is sourdough. Very confused.
I appreciate the owner responding. I finished the baguette tonight and toasted it. A very good baguette but no sourdough flavor. For those familiar with Much Ado About Pizza that is known for its handmade sourdough crust, that is what I consider sourdough. I also want to add the bagel would have tasted better if I had toasted it without a doubt, but I ate it in the car because I was anxious to taste it😊

As a livermorian I want to come here more but they don't open until 8am and I work at 830 in Pleasanton. I showed up at 750am not knowing they don't open until 8, at 8am there were 12 ppl in line. Look forward to the day the open earlier because the desire is there from many.
