My husband visited this location by himself one afternoon and was treated unfairly by the cook. After placing his order, another customer (woman of a different ethnic group than my husband), walked in and placed her order after. The cook immediately started to prepare the woman's order, neglecting to follow the first in first out rule. Even the owner expressed his anger over the cook's actions and began to reprimand the cook in real time. My husband was very disappointed and upset, vowing to never return. The food here was always fine, but the discriminatory treatment, is HIGHLY problematic. We will not be back nor will we encourage others to come here.

As a Lebanese, I wanted to provide an honest review of this Mediterranean place. While the food is tasty, it doesn’t quite hit the mark in terms of authenticity. The shawarma, for example, is just chicken marinated and cooked in a way that doesn’t quite resemble the traditional shawarma. The tabbouleh also missed the mark—it had a lot of couscous, whereas it should have been made with bulgur for that true, authentic flavor. On the positive side, the baba ganoush and lentil soup were spot on, made the right, traditional way. If you're looking for a more authentic Mediterranean experience, you may want to explore other places, as this one doesn’t quite capture the traditional flavors. However, if you're simply after a good meal, it's still worth a visit.

Got takeout at Yafa Hummus because I had a great dine-in experience before, but it was disappointing. The falafel deluxe wrap with tzatziki was super soggy and was falling apart within 5 mins of picking up the food. The 2 falafel bowls I ordered both had the sauces missing: no red hot sauce or tahini. The falafels and hummus were otherwise very tasty, but missing out sauces altogether in not one but 2 bowls is pretty negligent. Additionally, the walnut baklava had a rancid taste to it.
Vegetarian options: Hummus, falafel, dolma, baba ganoush : lots of vegetarian options

Fantastic food, fantastic service, I highly recommend! All the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous.
I could live on the hummus and pita alone.
The Shwarma fries are a perfect game-day dish, perfect to share.
The wraps are great for lunch or dinner.
The staff is fantastic. Great customer service, and very helpful. I like spicy stuff, but my tolerance is admittedly pretty low compared to most people. The crew was great, they explained several menu items to me, and got me just the right level of spice, which I really appreciated!

I had been eyeing this place for a while and I can't believe I've waited so long. There food is delicious from the rice to hummus to baba ghanoush to chicken shwarma, it was all very tasty and flavorful. The food portions are huge and the customer service was very friendly and efficient. Definitely can't wait to go back to try the baklava ice cream.

SF East Bay (Livermore). The hummus is indeed deserving of the hype and we especially love the pesto hummus! The wraps were also delicious and service was very good. Planning to try the original/classic hummus next time and the baklava ice cream!
