We came for dinner. The food is top notch even without selecting the premium addon option. The servers were nice and came to change grill pans a few times. The only thing that may be minus is their waitlist on yelp/google map did not work. We had to call in to check status.
I have received the best customer service from YakiniQ in Livermore compared to any AYCE Korean BBQ I have tried. Their food is good, their service is fast, and I like their dining room. I received all my orders in less than five minutes every time I placed them on my phone. They replace the grilles quickly without asking. This is an excellent AYCE KBBQ; I'm sure I will return soon!
Highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The way YakiniQ has their business set up is the most efficient and customer friendly experience I have ever had with KBBQ places.
