My food was good. My companion said her chicken sandwich was a little overcooked, but still good. Service was good. We both felt that our server was hoping to speed us through our dinner, but not a big deal.
We normally eat at the Zephyr Grill in Brentwood, CA and the food there is MUCH better. I ordered the same meal at the Livermore location-Cobb salad. The Livermore location didn't have cucumbers, and the ranch dressing was like Kraft out of a bottle. It was absolutely terrible. The Brentwood location has a homemade ranch dressing that is wonderful. I also ordered the butternut squash soup, which came in a coffee mug and had cashews on the bottom of the mug. It was very thin...
Ambiance is great. Clean and fancy. Except for the sink. Please get one with a taller and longer neck. My hands are rubbing against the countertop.
Staff was attentive, but seemingly down or sad. Other than the hostess, everyone had frowns or flat faces.
The food looked great!... But tasted okay. Wasn't bad, but did not have a strong flavor. All at my table agreed, more seasoning and less oil.
