We ordered the crème brûlée muddy milk, and it was great! It came with a cool lid and a small spoon for the caramel on top, which was a nice touch. However, we were disappointed with the coconut zero since they were out of the actual coconut, which is the key ingredient and the wow factor for that drink. We ordered through the self-serve kiosk, but it would’ve been nice if it was marked unavailable or if there was some visible signage to let us know ahead of time that they were out. The wait for the two drinks was about 6 minutes.

It’s also pretty cool that if you’re unsatisfied with your drink that they’ll remake a drink for you.

We ordered the coconut zero, which contains the whole coconut in it. The flavor was good and it wasn’t too sweet. The only complaint that I have is just … for some reason, they shave the coconut meat to extremely big pieces and it stuck the straw ALL THE TIME!! We can barely use the straw bc the flesh got stuck in it at the end, I gave up and just opened the cup to try to drink it The taste is really natural and fresh, but work a little harder to cut those flesh

it is very convenient to order drinks not from Food court but around the shops. order from the phone and pick it up when it ready. The tea drinks are tasted well for most of them.

I can't praise Zero& enough; it's a five-star destination for handcrafted drinks. If you want your first drink to be free, you can download their Zero& App! My go-to is the Coco Mango drink.

I've found my flavor haven in Zero&'s Lychee Lover, a sweet escape I can't resist. Their customer service is consistently top-notch, making every visit a delightful experience.

There's something special about the atmosphere at Zero& that keeps me coming back for more. The soothing flavors of their Hayes Blue and the invigorating Matcha Tornado are only enhanced by the genuine care and attention I receive from the staff with each visit.

The first time I drank such delicious milk tea! The taste and feeling after drinking are so good, it is delicious and delicious, and the price is also very affordable, I really recommend everyone to try it
