I got myself everyone’s favorite the double western bacon cheeseburger and It was out of this world. The young beautiful and gorgeous young lady with the green glasses was very patient as well as kind when it came to asking about what she personally would recommend. (She needs a raise)

Very disappointed!! Got a very hard biscuit and recooked fries. Sat in dine and heard how Maria the person who took my order said in Spanish that we used all of the creamer for the coffee when our order had multiple coffees will never be stopping here again!!

Night staff is very rude and raises their voice to customers. This happened today the night of 8/06/2025. I hope the owner reds this and questions the night staff. Out of All the staff there, the only person willing to hear my concerns was the woman, she understood and agreed I was right and asked for me to go in the morning to speak with her boss. Unfortunately I won't be able to go in because of work. But this review will stay here for everyone to read. And aside from this review I will be submitting a formal complaint with full details to corporate.

I work grave so sometimes I like to place a order for pick up I don’t understand why everytime I go to pick up my food I have to wait for them to make it even if I order it 20mins ahead of time my lunch break is only 30mins that’s so crazy to me I won’t be ever going back again I’ll order from Jack in the Box

I drive a large truck. I have eaten here at this location before. The food is good, at least when I was last here. However I am very upset that I went out of my way to come here and get breakfast; only to find the doors locked. The hours on the door state the dining room is open at 6:00 am. It was 6:50 am. I understand if it’s a safety thing, but shame on management for not staffing the restaurant properly to keep things safe instead of having one or two people working the early morning.

I ordered the steak and egg burrito. The so-called steak was the worst processed beat I'd ever had. It was kind of like the s Chip beef meat you get in a TV dinner. It was tough and burnt very nasty. I've had their burrito and other Carl's Juniors and the steak was pretty good. They must use a really cheap vendor which is surprising because I used to work there back in the day and all the ingredients were top shelf the steak and egg burrito meal cost me $15
