I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the pizza. I asked for light cheese and they didn’t care they were just talking in the kitchen and messed up the pizza.

More often than not they have extra most bestest ready. The pizza here is usually pretty good quality. One of the best Little Caesars pizzas in two states. I get pizza here once a month. I'm happy with the consistency of their product.

Fast, ok, pizza. It's hot and ready as advertised. I was disappointed they had the pineapple Pepsi stacked in the corner but wouldn't sell any because they said it was expired. Lol. I had to laugh. I got bottles from years ago, and I will drink them. Sometimes, you have to quit worrying about getting in trouble and give the customers what they want. I would have signed a waiver, but that wasn't an option. Took my Pepsi away, and said good day. But at least she was sweet while she did it. For fast decent pizza, this is your place, just not pineapple pepsi.

The pizza and bread was good. Thins crust was actually thin some places pass off regular crust as thin and it was good. The bread sticks was good as well. Nice ladies on a Friday please stop by.

Online App wasn't working. Placed order over the phone. I repeated order twice. Employee repeated order. Get there to pick up Order COMPLETELY WRONG. Nothing they could do to help me. Manager would be in tomorrow afternoon, I call. Nope manager will be next day in morning. Etc... staff gave me run around so I couldn't reach a manager...They have LOST a loyal customer.

The order was egregiously mishandled, with no effort made to rectify the error or provide a refund for their mistake. Remarkably, I found myself charged once more instead of receiving the proper resolution. To my astonishment, two individuals were involved in taking my order, and both displayed a profound lack of competence in their roles.
