I was waiting in line at the drive thru and I got to the screen to order before customers in the other lane and I was never attended to. Someone else that was behind me backed up, got into the other drive thru lane and was attended before I was. That is by far the poorest drive thru service I’ve ever experienced, some of us don’t have the time to be waiting around for nothing. I would have preferred to be stuck in line as long as I knew I was next to have my order taken.

Easy access from highway. Easy to get to and order food
I always buy in this unit, but today I was attended by an extremely rude person, I wouldn't let us talk, I was trying to ask for extra salt and the attendant wouldn't let us talk. He closed the Tru drive window in my face. I didn't want to tell us his name, it happened at 5:50 p.m. In the end, our sandwich came totally wrong, I realized that several customers were having problems with this lady. the manager Alex helped us, however, I hope someone would do something about this lady. If you don't want to ruin your day, don't come to this unit in the afternoon, don't come on the drive tru that time.

Some good deals nice, can and it does get pretty busy specially drive thru but there fast, staff 5/5... food quality is a good snack 3/5 based in general not a specific time. clean inside and parking lot nice to see, ill b back
