Food has gone downhill over the years. Fries always have a bitter after taste. Same with coffee. Service isnt bad. The kids working there try their hardest and are polite but I think the food preppers aren't trained or stop caring. Inside or is cramped and usually not well kept and clean. The Chevron shares the restroom facility and almost never clean. Today was my choice to stop eating McDonald's in general but today's food quality helped me put the final stamp on my decision . Soon minimum wage for fast food workers will go to 20 an hour. No way I'm working over the cost they will pass on to me. Good riddens

I'm pretty sure they have illiterate people making your food because, they just can't read the ticket and follow directions. If you ask for no onion they'll put onion. If you want no pickles guess what, they'll put them on there. I have worked fast food and have sympathy especially if it's super busy. But common man every damn time they can't do it right it's annoying.

Upon picking up your food you asked for condiments, like ketchup, etc. they say they already threw it in the bag when you get home there’s no napkins no catch-up this is for quality service. It Hass to stop and 36. Please give up the condiments catch up napkins whatever is necessary it’s not coming out your pocket it’s essential for your food to taste, right

The happy meals didn't have no pokemon cards because they ran out, my boy was upset to see some wack toy instead of cards, I seen one employee selling packs on the side.
