The do it yourself culture is out of hand. Order your own food, get your own drink, get up, and pick up your own food. I know it's McDonald's, but customer service is why some go out, I do anyway, the experience. I understand too this is not a fancy place, but it could be a fun place like back in the day. Try harder, McDonald's. Please just try harder.

Great customer service from Roberto. He always has a smile. I had issues with my other before and I have talked to the manager Alex and didn’t seem to care. Manager needs to train staff members.
