The do it yourself culture is out of hand. Order your own food, get your own drink, get up, and pick up your own food. I know it's McDonald's, but customer service is why some go out, I do anyway, the experience. I understand too this is not a fancy place, but it could be a fun place like back in the day. Try harder, McDonald's. Please just try harder.

Great customer service from Roberto. He always has a smile. I had issues with my other before and I have talked to the manager Alex and didn’t seem to care. Manager needs to train staff members.

The service was great and very prompt even though they were slammed. About 10 cars were waiting in the parking lot for the breakfast menu to switch over to the lunch menu. I went inside as I needed a break from my car. The food was tasty. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal. The cheese burgers have significantly shrunk! They were a little bit bigger than a slider! So disappointing! They also cost $3.49 for 1! I do not usually go to McDonald's, but I have gone to the one near...
