Service here is terrible. Only ordered a sandwich, and it took almost 15 min. I would understand if they were busy, but they only had 3 customers. The lady in the back couldn't have been slower, and the 2 guys in the front stood there with their head in the clouds. To make matters worse they didn't even get the order right. Will not be returning.

My wife picked up a mobile order for me and nobody told her that there was an empty drink cup in the bag. So I paid for a drink that I never got. The food was pretty good but I overpaid for what I received.

Angelica was our host, but the young Mexican guy working the counter was super sweet and attentive as well. Great friendly service, fast service and the food was Hot! And delicious! I got the popcorn shrimp and my husband had the 2 piece meal. I had to leave a good word for these people right here! Thank you. Just passing through but I wish I had service and food was this good from my local Popeyes! ?Dietary restrictions: I don't eat chicken but your shrimp is great!!

I had a 2 hour drive home from work tonight. I ordered dinner from the app when I was about an hour out. In between that time and me arriving, the manager had to remove Spicy chicken sandwiches from the menu due to the patties being frozen. My app didn't alert me and I didn't notice until after I got my food. I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter. It was supposed to be a free spicy chicken for using the app for the first time. Since they didn't have that, he made it right and replaced it with another menu item. He was SO sweet and friendly. If I could speak directly to his manager, or even the district manager, I'd say you're making a huge mistake by not making that kid a lead, at bare minimum. The customer service this kid provides was AMAZING. Way to go! We will be back.
