Ordered 35 minutes before in drive through. My turn at the window and still not ready. 4 days in a row. Waste of time and gas. Not even a "So sorry for the wait". Twice the oder was wrong.

Came 8/13/24 at 1:30pm. This place needs some quality control. My coffee that I get every time across multiple locations tasted awful. Like actually awful I questioned if I would get sick from drinking it so I didn’t. Then my cheese and fruit box was awful, the grapes were bad like squishy. Went through the drive thru.

Was in the drive thru for about 25 minutes with 2 car in front of me. Got my drinks and they tasted like water. The cafe was closed so they wanted us to go back through the drive thru but there were about 6 cars now can’t imagine the wait for that many cars

Mismanaged! Bathroom was wrecked, serving trays on the floor. Rack with food items out by guests and only 2-3 people working. What's worse is the coffee was terrible! Waited for them to clear the drive through for 20 minutes before I got my coffee.
Update it happened again :( They never fill the drink to the top, this is my 3rd time now receiving a drink like this
Giving way too much priority to drive-thru vs. walking customers.
