this was one of the worst drive thrus i’ve ever experienced. the service was absolutely awful they were so rude and made me repeat myself at least 3 times for each sandwich i ordered. once they were ringing me up they forgot to add things to my total which just made the process even longer. the bag they handed me my food in was so disgusting smeared with food i was reluctant to even grab the bag. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The ladies in there are EXTREMELY SWEET AND POLITE. I would've given a 4 star for food but my sandwich was a little dry.

We were here at 9:30 and we were about to sit for dinein as I ordered a dine in. The person said no for dine in as they were about to close(which is 10pm) , this is unprofessional, you cant say no until the time is 10 and you havent entered. Very unprofessional. We have to sit in the car and eat.
Place used to be great. They would give you the correct meat portions. But I went in today and ordered a foot long rotisserie chicken and I get on full scoop of chicken and the second was a half scoop. Now I’m sorry but for $17 it should be at least the correct portion. Won’t be coming back after years and years of eating here at least once a week. Sad…

Food is good most days but if you get cookies make sure to check before you leave because they will give you dark brown (burnt) cookies and when you go confront them they will tell you all of the cookies are the same as if you don’t have a pair of eyes. Very unprofessional very disrespectful.

Service is good but this has been the SECOND TIME Ive received bread that is hard to chew. Its past its date. HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. STOP TAKING SHORTCUTS and if the bread is no good THROW IT AWAY. DONT serve to your customers. Spent $26 and all the sandwiches had chew bread and couldnt break apart

Customer service is rude and they charge extra for the cheese on our sandwich that with cheese already. They kicked us out from the dining room @ 9:40pm. When they close at 10pm. We were still eating. That's the last time we go there.

These guys do not participate in any coupons that you receive in the mail. I went through the drive through to order two sandwiches and one of them they added avocado to raise the price. These people and owners only care about profit. Two foot long sandwiches came out to $27.47

I asked for my sandwiches toasted and got home and they were NOT toasted. There is no option to call back and I payed over $30 for something that’s not what I asked for. It honestly looks nasty with all the mayo and mustard outside…
Usually everything is good about this subway, but when I got a sandwich they put to much mayo. Didn't even ask for mayo. Absolutely felt like I was a sandwich with only mayo. We asked for a little not the whole bottle.

BAD SERVICE RUDE AND HALF MEAT.Had 2 foot longs to go and one had half the meat . While making I noticed that the Lettuce had alot of brown on it and ask for FRESH Lettuce, They denied me (that's all they have) Right. NEVER GOING BACK
