Workers here are unprofessional and rude. Tall white male was disrespectful. Long wait times while girl workers stay looking at their phones. Don’t come here!

pathetic service. So you can't receive your food if you don't have a vehicle(i have a semi truck) it's not like i can pull in with the rig through the drive though.

This location has messed up on my order countless times. They always forget ingredients in their food. They charged me extra for chipotle sauce and did not add it. They forgot to put the tortilla chip on my Crunchwrap and wrapped my Crunchwrap really messy. $8 for what? Lettuce and beans?

For some reason they decided to cover cover my supreme taco in cheese. Usually taco bell clears my system but now im more constipated so something was clearly wrong.

Food tastes way different than other taco bells. It's weird. Also the really young Indian girl with the little gold earring hoops is always horsing around or chatty with the cooks. That is literally stealing time away from people & sidetracking people.

Inconsistent Quality with most of the items the past month. The taco shells always seem to taste stale and anything with a tortilla. Sometimes they drown an item with the red sauce or put 1 spoon of it.

Although this establishment was clean. I do find it strange that the drive thru costumers seem to be more important to the staff. We placed our order on one of the self serve machines and sat patiently for our drinks. They didn't seem busy and that is why I was surprised it took us 20 minutes to receive our order. This was a simple order. Two drinks. When we went up to the front to check on our drinks we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for an employe to talk to us. When we were finally helped the young lady was very disrespectful. I gave her the name for our order and she very rudely told us that they did not have one of the ingredients that was needed to make our drinks. I was OK with choosing another flavor but the reason we chose to go to the Taco Bell in Livingston and not Hilmar or Turlock was because they had the Limonada freeze. But as it turns out in the 20 minutes we were waiting they failed to inform us that they were out and she didn't know "when more would be ready'" I understand that ingredients can run out but my problem is that I saw one of the employees make a drink using limonada seconds prior. Not one single apology about the wait. Another issue is that taco bell is a Fast food place and nothing about this visit was fast. I understand things happen that are out of the staffs control but it would have been easier to inform us of the lack of ingredients instead of assuming that we would be OK waiting for more to be made. I do not recommend going to this location for the customer service or speed, and if you do use the drive thru because the customers in the drive thru were able to have the drinks that "ran out"

We got breakfast burritos for 30 kids and 10 adults. The app was not working, but the employees were a great help to get us our breakfast to school on time. Thank you
