“Outstanding authentic Mexican flavor. Tastes sooooooo good! If you like tacos (and who doesn't) you MUST try the menu item called "3-Taco Birria Pulled Beef" with cheese/lettuce/tomato. I was blown away by the rich flavor. It's served with a cup of delicious broth on the side which is great for dipping. I'm always craving this meal. Another recommended choice is the deep-fried Quesadilla with marinated Birria pulled beef. This one has fresh veggies on the inside and is layered with a rich, tasty cheese on the outside. I can't stay away from this place!!!“

“The reviews had me pumped up about the burrito. It was good but a little overly spicy for my taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it does a job with filling portions. I do feel the burrito could be a little bigger as I tasted a lot of tortilla. The California burrito was the better of the two burritos I tried but I really can't do that nacho cheese. I would give them another try but order something different. I heard the tacos de tripas are good. Overall this is a average taco truck. I'm coming from Merced and there is a lot of really great trucks there so it's why I rated this only 4 stars.“

“We hired Dos Hermanos for our wedding food trucks and they did an absolutely fantastic job!! Jess Caldwell and all of the truck staff were so accommodating, attentive, and wonderful to work with. All of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed the food and atmosphere set by our food trucks and noted what great work the staff did cooking, serving, and setting up! “If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer (Wedding on 12/21/24, for reference). We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend. “This place reminded me of El Grullense in Los Banos. When I lived in LB that was my goto spot. Ive been living here in Atwater and never noticed Maria's , which is amazing since Ive lived here for 7 years. Im definitely glad I found this place. My fav is menudo and Maria's has it just the way I like it, in a 32oz cup. I also got some mini tacos as well. They also have covered outside eating. This will now be my goto spot. Im looking forward to winter, so I can swing by and pick up some menudo for work. This place is definitely worth 5 stars.
