Update on my previous review. I went back the next morning, i missed the manager by like 15 min so i waited and came back. She was back from lunch and i explained my issue. They could not offer me a refund because it was considered the previous day transaction and could not give me a gift card but they did offer to post the receipt in the office for a later IOU to remake the order. I asked if i could just do it now and be done with it and the food was great. Order was hot and made right and i got a few extra goodies for the inconvenience and the commute. I was really happy with the outcome. It all worked out

The team working there today SUCKS, the manager was no help also. Went there today (11/12/23) it wasn't that busy inside. Outside there was a steady flow at the drive-through.. My cousin and I went inside and placed our orders at 12:38pm, by 12:55pm our order was still not called an i finally went to the counter and ask the cashier why it's taking so long to get our orders done. The young cashier lady said they're taking care of drive-thru first before done-ins. I then told her I've been to BK many times and the same order doesn't take more then 5 minutes. She then said that there was no chicken Pattie's.. so why in gods name am I still waiting! I asked for a refund and I'm still pissed. Corporate need to fire this team of Hispanic ladies just chit chatting and yelling all over the work place. Never going back to that location. If there was NEGATIVE STARS, this one definitely deserves it.These employees at this location DO NOT deserve $20 an hour..
