Between Jackson and Stockton on Highway 12/88 in Lockeford halfway between the two is the best place to stop and get a cup of coffee so Chelsea next time you're in the area coming up to visit and Jason wants a cup of coffee treat yourself and stop at Day-O espresso. It's better than that one that's on every street corner from Seattle I think and not as expensive.
What a fun little espresso and smoothie shop. The nicest and most helpful people work there who make some tasty smoothies. I visited with my parents around noon on a Thurs and it wasn't busy. I ordered a raspberry, mango, lemon smoothie, which tasted AMAZING. My parents ordered coffees which they said didn't have a very strong coffee flavor even though they ordered extra shots.
