Just spent 8 minutes on hold trying to order. First time the girl hung up when she put me on hold. Maybe the employees need some phone training? Very rude. Pizza is very tasty though and we prefer it over the other pizza location in Lockeford.

Rude. They aren't bad people, but they're extremely rude on the phone and yell if you don't know EXACTLY what you want. Nice in person so I don't get it.

Pizza is good and so are the calzones. I like it much better than the other local options. Service is always terrible. They never answer the phone when you try to call to order. They constantly seem understaffed. The place isn’t very well maintained either. The floors and windows always look dirty. Seats are uncomfortable so we order to go.
Today I came into the Pizza Factory and had a pizza made and it was probably the best pizza I've ever had here. I asked the gentleman's name his name was Tim he was the owner of the place and he was so nice and made such a great pizza he'll definitely be getting my business from now on here. His salad bar was closed and he personally made me an excellent salad talk about great customer service. If you want to have a great pizza and great customer service this is the place to go thank you Tim

The teenage boy that works here is so damn nice, he goes out of his way to be kind and genuinely id keep coming here for that reason. Everytime I order and he's the one I'm dealing with, I always have a fantastic experience. He makes damn good pizza too!
