One time the lady sneezed while making my sandwich. Then today I ordered on an Italian bread and it was so hard I tossed it. Must have been from last week. Waisted $15. Never again. I should have gone to Websters in Clements.

I had an absolutely appalling experience at the Subway sandwich located in Lockeford, CA. To put it bluntly, this was hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life.My ordeal began when I walked in and approached the counter to place my order. I asked the girl behind the counter for a turkey sandwich with salami, avocado, onions, and extra mayo. What transpired next was truly shocking. The girl, who I later found out was named Marylin, responded with an attitude that was beyond rude. She informed me that I would only receive a measly four pieces of thinly sliced turkey on my bread, and that both the avocado and salami were considered extras. Mind you, the salami portion consisted of a mere four pieces. I was flabbergasted by this point.But wait, it gets even worse. Marylin, with an air of arrogance that defied belief, declared that this pitiful excuse for a sandwich would cost me a whopping $10. I couldn't believe how I was being spoken to. It didn't stop there; she then had the audacity to threaten me by saying, "You are on camera being rude to me, and I could care less. I have another job anyways." I was dumbfounded. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life.At that moment, I decided I had had enough. I demanded that she cancel the sandwich and vowed never to return to that establishment. Her response was a muttering of profanities as I made my way out of the door.To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've had a horrendous encounter at this Subway. On a previous visit, they had the audacity to charge me a jaw-dropping $24 for a sandwich. Foolishly, I thought it might have been a one-time mistake. Little did I know, it could actually happen twice. I deeply regret not taking a picture of this so-called sandwich, as it was truly beyond belief.In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this Subway experience on my worst enemy. The combination of exorbitant prices, abysmal customer service, and insulting treatment by the staff is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering eating at this establishment to steer clear unless they enjoy being ripped off and verbally abused.

"Where's the Beef "Though the older Lady who served me was delightful, I was severely disappointed in the sandwich I bought today. Don't know if it's the location or the Corporate office that is responsible for an "almost no" Roast Beef sandwich that is marketed with pictures of an over abundantly stacked Roast Beef sandwich. Don't think I'll be returning soon.

I have been going to this location for a little while and there is specifically one worker that always gets my order wrong. For every single order that I have ordered online and this person is working, they have gotten the meat wrong one time and even left the meat completely out of my wrap the 3rd time. She always gives me one cookie instead of two. One time when I went in to order in person, she was late for her shift and apologized to her coworker, saying she was hung over. The last time I went there to order in person she was telling the people in front of me, how she does not like her job and she is looking for a new job. She is completely unprofessional, and although I understand that this is just a sandwich shop, I feel like their should still be some pride, in the work that she provides. I wanted to file a formal complaint on the subway website, but it is extremely difficult there. It's unfortunate because I really like subway but I think I am completely done going there.

Absolute garbage store. You can order online, then they'll refuse to make what you ordered, because they "don't know why it let's you order that". It was a basic chicken sandwich with pepperoni lmao. Instead, they'll give you part of it (the chicken).

I got a dried up, messy, and falling apart tuna sandwich. Tuna was crumbley. Mustard and mayo were liquidly female didn't shake them before spreading on my sandwich. I don't recommend going to this location for a subway.

The place needs cleaning and mopping and the glass had fingerprints all over it as well as the lettuce was turning rusty and we couldn't get fresh lettuce. As for drinks the ice machine was broken.
