Nicely clean restaurant, great restrooms (clean, tidy, well kept). Food was above standard grade fare for fast food which was probably because the staff was above the apathetic teen years. The main down side is the food and drink sizes which are dictated by the corporate machinery.

This place sucks they couldn’t charge an exact amount o my card so I could pay the rest in cash. Literally every place I go can do that but the lady was just like we can’t do that.

Chalupa is very stale and hard. This has happened on multiple occasions when certain employees are working. I don’t know if they’re leaving them out or what but they are practically inedible. I also ordered a taco after that mess and come to find out, my taco was soggy and as soon as I pulled it out it split from the bottom. Absolute disgrace to this franchise, needs better workers and more leadership.

I have come here several times over the years and usually this place has a decent crew, clean store and the food is as it should. However, for some reason they can't seem to get the order right. The receipt will show exactly what I order, but the actual meal isn't what I had ordered. This location is not the typical location; they do not carry the regular full menu. So, expect if you are looking for uncommon menu items, they will not be on the menu here. I will still come back here; I just have to be very diligent in checking my order before I leave.

Quick and polite service. Drive thru service was patient with our indecisiveness.
Worst experience for KFC ever. Went thru drive thru to get Chicken and it was so salty and did not smell good had to throw $29.00 worth of chicken in the trash. Our dog didn't even want to eat any..

Weird to see these 2 fast food places COMBINED..!!..I Love both of them..!!..I thought that I was walking into Taco Bell,,but I smelled Kentucky Fried Chicken..!! JUST A LITTLE WEIRD 🤔

I came on to do this review because of BJ. He is an awesome addition to your team. Super friendly and respectful. He checked on customers who were eating and called them by name. You could use more like him. I will also say the quality here is so much better than the Valley Springs location.
