The lady working at 5:30pm on 1/25/2025 was extremely rude when I asked why one of my scoops was not in my bag. I ordered a double scoop of two different ice cream flavors, when I looked in the bag I only saw one ice cream flavor and all of my toppings were in separate cups. When I went to ask about the scoop that was missing she told me that were was a double scoop, but I told her when I looked for the other flavor was not in there. She processed to give me attitude telling me that they didn't have the flavor that I ordered and gave me a double scoop of the same flavor. Rather than letting me know before I picked up order because I was genuinely confused and it threw me off on how rude she was.

We have bought 8 birthday cakes from this baskin Robbins this past year and all of them have been phenomenal. A few we ordered online and 3 were bought from the freezer. We will be buying more cakes from this location for future holidays for sure. Highly recommend!

I’ve come here multiple times trying to give it chance after chance. Every time I come they are rude and look miserable and all look young like they hate their job. When I walk in and I’m just being stared at and I’m the one who has to say hi to you?? How unprofessional.Hire people who actually can smile and be kind. Disappointing.

They need to update the online hours. I drove 25 minutes from Stockton to this location specifically because online it says they're open until 11 on Friday. They locked the doors just as I pulled up because they actually close at 10:30. Complete waste of time.

Ordered 2 lg cappuccino blasts yesterday. They were both watered down. Didn't even taste like they have in the past.
Baskin-Robbins, has the best ice-cream in town. The people that work in this place are very rude. Will not come to this place ever again. This place needs friendly workers with nice attitude. Everyone that works there looks like they are having a bad day.
