I expected a standard donut shop, but this place has some real charm. The donuts are always fresh and you can tell they make things from scratch, which is why I keep coming back. My only small gripe is that they sometimes run out of my favorite glazed ones by late mornng if I dont get there early. Still, its alot better than most spots around here and the staff remembers my order.
The buttermilk plain donut is heaven for someone like me who isn’t into the super sweet kind of donuts. My sons liked their chocolate glazed and chocolate Bavarian cream as well!
Very fresh tasty donuts and the service was great!

J & D Donuts is a hidden gem with fresh and delicious donuts that are definitely worth trying. The staff always serves with a smile, even early in the morning. The shop has a well-lit interior with ample parking space. Customers recommend coming early as the favorites tend to sell out quickly. The fritters were a bit oily, but the raspberry filled and old-fashioned maple donuts were a hit. Despite moving away, one customer travels from Stockton just to enjoy a pink box of these tasty treats. A must-visit for donut lovers!
