“Addy catered our large wedding on Memorial Day weekend. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our planning and the food was amazing. So, so much better than the classic “wedding buffet” we were choosing between. A few weeks later we are still hearing from guests telling us how much they loved the paella. The quesadilla apps were also a hit. People loved watching the paella cooking during cocktail hour. Addy and her team were completely self contained at our rural location which made logistics on our end essentially nonexistent- a welcome change in wedding planning. She never batted an eye as guest counts increased, menu adjustments were needed for allergies, etc. She was also willing to travel a couple hours to us. Their value for the price can’t be beat and we truly can’t recommend them highly enough. If you have found yourselves here, hire them!“

My order was simple, or so I thought: the legendary Tri-Tip sandwich on their homemade focaccia bread.

Her voice cut through the room like a rusty saw through Sunday peace. But even she couldn’t ruin the atmosphere. No demon could.
